Reviews/Trip Moments

Reviews: Uji City Museum, Kyoto, Japan - Local guide translation/tour service (admission ticket booking available)
Guest User2026-04-12
Thanks to this seller, I was able to get my ticket to the Nintendo Museum and enjoy it, even though it was more expensive. As a big fan, I don't regret it. Note: you need to request access to your booking account to retrieve the photos taken by the museum, which is a bit more complicated than usual.
Reviews: [9-person group] Kyoto + Nara + Uji day trip: Cute deer/Kiyomizu-dera Temple/Fushimi Inari

When traveling without wanting to plan ahead but still wanting to see the sights, signing up for a day tour is a hassle-free option. Based on Ctrip's reputation for reliable quality, I chose their day tour this time, and it was excellent. Our tour leader, Ms. Jiang, was incredibly helpful, from informing us of the meeting point before departure to providing directions at the end. She patiently explained each attraction, and I learned a great deal from her. A huge thank you to Ms. Jiang for treating us to delicious pudding at her own expense! My trip to Osaka was wonderful, and these memories will stay with me for a long time!
Reviews: [Official Ticket] JR PASS Japan Kansai Region 1/2/3/4 Day Rail Pass (Electronic Ticket) (Includes HARUKA)

If you're staying entirely in Osaka and your itinerary includes Himeji Castle, Wakayama, and Kyoto, the Osaka Rail Pass is a very suitable and cost-effective option. The pass includes a one-day Kyoto Metro pass, a one-day Keihan Line pass for popular Kyoto attractions, and a one-day Hankyu pass. I personally used a 4-day pass: one day for Himeji Castle and Kobe, one day for Wakayama, one day for Kifune Shrine and Mount Kurama in Kyoto, and one day for Tofukuji Temple in Nara plus some leisurely sightseeing in Kyoto. It was very convenient. Trip.com is cheaper than using the JR website. I chose Trip.com's "self-pickup" option, which allows you to scan your confirmation email and passport at the green ticket machine to redeem the pass, choosing the start date—either immediately or on a specified date. It was very convenient.
