The customer service was able to contact and communicate in advance. It was great to check in two classic attractions on a one-day tour. The itinerary was reasonable, the tour guide was enthusiastic and professional, and he explained carefully all the time.

Daniel drove us to Mt Vitosha and he was very knowledgeable about the area etc. His English was amazing and he couldn't do enough to help us. He stayed with us for a little while during our lesson as the instructor English wasn't as good as his..this helped massively. We mentioned we wanted to try bulgarian food to Daniel and he sorted this for our lunch. The skiing lessons were great and everyone was super friendly. 100% recommend.

The monastery was very beautiful and the 7 Rila lakes was amazing as well the walk is about 2-3 hours and very beautiful. The guide made a good atmosphere in the car and the people were also very nice
