Overall, a lovely and relaxing experience. The only thing that could be improved is the restaurant service. From 12:30 onwards, you can't say you can eat until 2:30... You have to tell them to book right away, which we weren't told. Small children diving into a thermal pool where people go to relax is a no-go... even though there's room for children.

The possibility of having each person's own locker is convenient and there is space for everyone in the changing rooms, even though we encountered a lot of chaos, the outdoor spaces are very well-kept.

The BEST day in Italy ever! From start to finish, everything was absolutely perfect. The views were breathtaking, the food was incredible, and every detail exceeded our expectations. We made memories that will last a lifetime and couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Marco was amazing, friendly, and made us feel so welcome. This was truly one of the highlights of our entire trip. I would 100% recommend this experience to anyone visiting Italy. If you’re thinking about booking it, you won’t regret it!
