It was my first English guided tour and I was worried, but the guide was kind and wonderful experience! When I was in Horseshoe Bend, I moved from Nevada to Arizona, which affected the time difference and was a little confused about my time staying.

Everything was very well organized and on time. The food, water, snacks... everything was great. The only thing we could improve was the bus's air conditioning; it was too cold. At the stops, passengers were buying warm clothes. It would also be appreciated if it could be conducted in Spanish.
