This tour was everything I had hoped for. We started at Kyoto station and we were on our way with Mai. We did the Kyoto Nara Tour and it was 8-4:30pm Mai was incredible sweet and very organized. She kept us engaged throughout the whole tour! She had great communication with meet up times and meet up areas. I will be back in the future and recommend this tour! The matcha tea ceremony was the best! -Mireya Ramirez

The whole trip was very relaxing. Hotel pick-up and drop-off were provided, and I was lucky enough to be picked up by the last company in line, at 8:25 AM, so I could sleep in a bit. I visited Nara Park, Fushimi Inari Shrine, and Kiyomizu-dera Temple—a very fulfilling day. The itinerary wasn't rushed, and I had plenty of time to visit Todai-ji Temple. I also enjoyed strolling around the area around Kiyomizu-dera. The driver/guide was very helpful with directions. It was great value for money—saving time and allowing me to have a great time.

I was in a hurry to get to Umeda, so I chose the Haruka train, which is direct. I used an e-ticket, which I registered on the JR West website and entered by pasting my ticket number. After immigration, I simply selected a reserved seat according to my time, which was very convenient. To board the train, I went up to the second floor after immigration to the tram platform. I entered through the JR gate and queued for the ground-level Haruka carriage.

Very easy to use, but you need to refresh and open the QR code before exiting. Make sure you have an internet connection. It's convenient and worth the money. Recommended.
