It was a good tour. However, we needed more explanations for the giant Buddha. We divided in two groups, one taking the boat and one doing a short hike to see the Buddha. The first one had to wait for the secons group for almost one extra hour, as this was not clearly communicated. We took the boat trip and the view was nice.★

Thank you for arranging the journey of 24-25! Jiuzhaigou Haizi is shining like a gem, clear like a mirror, and the Huanglong Caichi is gorgeous. Although it is not fully seen, it is a treasure. The tour guide carefully introduces the attractions, caring for the family, the driver's eldest brother drives steadily and enthusiastically, helping to carry the luggage is super warm!★

A very long day, but well worth it. Our guide, Mark was very attentive and informative, he gave the group the opportunity to make decisions about whether we wanted to get the shuttle at the panda base and also whether we wanted to take the boat or walk at the leshan buddha. Overall, it was a fantastic day out.★

This is my first tour booking using the trip app. Bella the tour guide provided excellent service. I received a text from her 2 days before the trip. She was patient in answering my queries before the trip like the weather and what to bring. Bella and the driver were punctual and friendly during the trip. She was able to explain the history and culture of the sites, how to perform the religious rituals like the prayers for good health and which angle can take the best photos. More important is she was able to look after safety by explaining what to look out for before the physical climb and descent from the mountain and lookout for incoming traffic. I enjoyed both the hike and cruise, and learned a lot from the trip. Highly recommended.★

Tour guide Anna was friendly and able to share information about Panda Valley and Dujiangyan. She took initiative to help suggest places for lunch and also helped us book a hotpot restaurant at Kuanzhai Alley which had face changing performance. Anna also helped us take many family photos which will be our memories from this trip.
