I loved this tour. The Emerald pool was amazing but the Hot Waterfall Spa was incredible. It felt like a jacuzzi when sat under the waterfall. Tiger cave temple was beautiful and although the climb up nearly killed me, it was really worth it. Our guide was knowledgeable and friendly and I loved that he knew my name, made it more personal

The guide was really nice. The trip to the pools wasn't that worth it. The temple was worth the hike. The lunch was nice. Overall, a nice experience.

Overall, the service was acceptable. The platform created a group chat for Chinese communication. To be honest, the attractions we visited were just average, but that's not the platform's fault. Emerald Lake and the waterfall hot springs were just so-so, not worth the 3-hour round trip. The Ctrip team was great, but the local guide was terrible. First, the pick-up was over 20 minutes late, which was bad enough. Then, they charged us 600 baht for luggage storage before we boarded (just a backpack). We had communicated beforehand that we needed to go to the pier to return to Phuket in the afternoon. They said we'd finish our activities at 12:45 and return at 13:30. Because we had to wait for some other foreigners who were having a great time, our return trip was delayed. We also had to take the foreigners back to their hotels first. Finally, they went to the wrong pier. We tried to communicate with them, but they just kept repeating "I don't know" and ignored us. We almost missed the boat. Luckily, the Ctrip platform contacted the boat operator and waited for us for a while, otherwise, it would have been incredibly embarrassing.

It delivered exactly what i needed and shared transfer did cost me less comparing to if i were to do this tour on my own. If you are not loosing time and go straigt to attraction you have enough time for each spot. Come wearing swimsuit to save time on changing. For emerald lagoon wak all the way to blue pool first and then back for swimming.

Had a few great tours though here but this one was average. Pick up from hotel was over a hour late with no call or explanation . The tour guide did her best but unfortunately we didn’t enjoy as much as we should have.
