Reviews: Malaysia 5G eSIM | Daily Plan / Total Data | 1-30 Days | 24-Hour Billing | QR Code

We bought 5 days 20 GB total, and we only used 5GB for the whole trips (taxies, social media scrolling). The services works overall, just sometimes out of service, we are not sure whether it is from the esim itself or the locations we're at. But overall great values, I think it worth the price we got.

My husband and I rented this place and had no regrets. The internet is fast and easy to connect, just read the instructions they provide; everything is accessible and clear. Everything loaded quickly, we stayed connected, and watched movies and videos. I recommend it to all travelers.
Reviews: Malaysia 5G eSIM | Native IP • All AI & TikTok | 1–30 Days | QR Code

Super easy to book and use, specially that I only need to click on install via the TRIP app and it will automatically get activated. the signal is stable, I don't have any issues of low signal or cannot find signal moments at all places I went to in Genting and KL. Price is very inexpensive for the GB that I got. I did not even finish the whole package so means it is not charging the unnecessary gigabytes. Overall great experience and I will definitely book e-sims in Trip again.
Reviews: Malaysia U Mobile 5G eSIM | Local IP • All AI & TikTok | 24-hour billing | QR code

This SIM card was provided directly by U Mobile, a local Malaysian telecom provider. It's not a roaming card, so it works with a local IP address. Using Gemini to check local travel guides and opening my saved TikTok travel videos online were both smooth; I didn't encounter any slow loading or playback issues. The network was stable throughout the entire trip, and I'll definitely buy this card again next time I'm in Malaysia. Highly recommended.
Reviews: Malaysia | U Mobile eSIM | Multi-day data selections | High-speed throughout | QR code

I used U Mobile eSIM for my recent trip to Malaysia. I received a QR code before departure, scanned it following the instructions, and installed it. Once I arrived, I could connect to the internet quickly without needing to change my physical SIM card, which was incredibly convenient. During the trip, whether in Kuala Lumpur or Penang, using maps, calling taxis, uploading photos, or sharing travel moments, everything was smooth. The overall network speed was stable, and I didn't experience any noticeable lag during daily use. For those who don't want to carry a Wi-Fi router but still want immediate internet access upon arrival, eSIM is indeed much more convenient. As long as your phone supports eSIM and you've set it up beforehand, you can start using it immediately upon arrival, saving time and effort – perfect for independent travelers.

Up until now, I've been buying and swapping out SIM cards, but I was worried about losing them, so I decided to try eSIM. Activation was very easy.
