My first time traveling abroad, I experienced the "Oriental Sky Lounge" at Terminal 2 of Taoyuan Airport, and the overall experience was incredibly comfortable and impressive! The VIP lounge is spacious and bright, featuring warm wood tones and a modern design. The seating area is well-planned for privacy, and almost every seat has ample power outlets, a thoughtful touch for travelers who need to work or charge their devices before departure. What impressed me most was their food service, especially the freshly prepared hot meals! The piping hot, freshly cooked Taiwanese beef noodles had a rich broth and tender beef, paired with a bowl of fragrant classic braised pork rice. Enjoying such authentic Taiwanese flavors before traveling abroad was pure bliss. The buffet also offered a wide selection of cooked dishes, snacks, and drinks. Furthermore, they provide reservation-only separate shower rooms and comfortable full-body massage chairs. Taking a hot shower before boarding and relaxing tense muscles truly made for a perfect start to the journey. Whether you use credit card benefits or pay your own way, the overall value and comfort are extremely high, making it a highly recommended resting option for those departing from abroad on the Second Airlines!

I was able to book a lounge access for my nephew using trip coins at Plaza Premium at Taoyuan Airport Terminal 2. Unfortunately the main Plaza Premium Lounge was under renovation so we were directed to a makeshift lounge. The food was amazing and my nephew thoroughly enjoyed the minced meat and rice and stir fry noodles, and we loved the chicken soup too! Hopefully we can use the main lounge next time we visit Taiwan!
