I loved the organization of the tour; they told us everything in advance. They showed us the exact spot where they'd be waiting, and the bus was comfortable and air-conditioned. They provided lunch along the way, and at the end of the tour, everyone was collected in an orderly manner! The guides were very responsible; they told us the history of the Great Wall and suggested the best route to take, based on our physical fitness. I highly recommend them! We got great photos; we had absolutely enough time.

It was a very smooth ride. Since I have WeChat and knows Chinese, the whole process was pretty easy even I don’t have a Chinese cell phone number. Two days before the Booking, the company contacted me through WeChat by my US phone number. Then a special chat group was setup between me and the actual driver. They send us a link so we can filled in the custom declaration form online. I told them the exact time of the day and the pickup/dropOFF address. The driver showed up on time and help us loaded luggages. When we arrived at the Chinese border, We did need to carry our luggage to go through the customs. But it was pretty easy. The driver picked us up again at the parking lot outside the customs. Then took us to our hotel. It was great service. 5 stars!

Really easy to book, I booked at midnight and the same day (9:30) I could go on the shuttle bus to the great wallalso they exolain everything well and are really patient because I arrived two minutes late and then after the great wall hiking I was the last one to arrive.
