Not just in obvious places in the Galapagos Islands where it would obviously lose connection, but in unexpected places too. Using in South Africa and the service has been really reliable. The communication on the functionality/ service was also very clear through the sms’s they sent explaining the coverage and how to check your usage etc. Bought this package specifically because I also plan to visit Mauritius and it was one of the few options that offered coverage in SA and Mauritius and came with upto 20GB over a month period which works perfectly for my trip. Hope the coverage will be as stable in Mauritius!
