Seamless coordination and boarding experience. I was a little nervous about how we’ll coordinate for the Hanoi airport pickup given the language barriers. However this fear was unfounded - the entire process was seamless. Post booking, someone from HK Buslines will contact you on WhatsApp Trang from HK Buslines was superb and helped allay all fears.Her instructions were precise leaving no room for confusion. Delays were communicated in advance. We waited at the designated area in the airport as instructed by the operator, and were picked up by the driver without any issues. The return from Sapa to Hanoi also worked seamlessly. very clean ans well maintained bus, and a very safe driver. Too ratings and stars to both HK Buslines and to their support personnel, especially Ms Trang★
