The service attitude is great. Every employee is very nice. This shows the high level of management of this Hilton, including helping me to surf the Internet Wi-Fi. The breakfast area is also perfect. The room is clean and comfortable. The only downside of the hotel is that it is far from the lake. The 6-lane highway speeds past at speed. It would be perfect if the hotel has a safe passage that can easily reach the lake.

Excellent hotel, booked for two days and extended for three more. It was in a quieter area of the city centre, supermarket very close, shops a ten minute walk. The room was a good size, and there was a sofa and chair. No major complaints, housekeeping could have been better. Breakfast was good, but no change in the food selection from day to day. Both the girls on the reception counter were exceptionally friendly and helpful.

My daughter and I were pleased to be guests of this fantastic hotel from 18 to 22 August 2023. Super location that makes easy all journeys around Van. Super team that always ready to help you. I had a wonderful experience at the Dimet Park Hotel. The environment was pleasant and welcoming. Both check-in and check-out were professionally handled and easy. The staff at this property are all great especially the general manager Mr. Emre Deger who is very hospitable. The room was clean and comfortable just I didn't like the small and narrow pillows. Excellent location walking distance to everything downtown. Your wife may reach the LC WKIKI branch in 1 min of walking :). The breakfast was good (typical Turkish breakfast). The price was amazing and would definitely stay there again.
