Wij zijn nu 3x in het hotel geweest om te overnachten na een ziekenhuis opname. Vriendelijke mensen aan de receptie en goede studiokamers voorzien van magnetron en een kleine kookgelegenheid. Ook het serviesgoed voor 2 personen ontbreekt niet. De bedden zijn prima evenals de badkamer met bad.

I was grateful that they were willing to go find me gluten free bread. Perhaps you could add a few more items to the continental breakfast. Guests should be aware of the location of this hotel. It is a long walk to downtown and while there is a tram within 15 minute walking distance, we did not feel very safe in this area. Not recommend you walk around after dark.

We have stayed in this hotel before but the room was tired and shabby. Ok, so it is cheap and clean but the room was cold when we arrived and it had been booked in advance so to put the heating on should not have been a trouble. One sheet on the bed and a red bed cover, which had burnt marks on it, left us sleeping in our jumpers and with the electric fire on.Ample car parking and a friendly receptionist but the rooms need to be smartened up for us to visit again.

The garden was lovely, very spacious, with two gite units at the bottom. Breakfast was tasty, served in a glass conservatory. Back on the road at 8:30 after breakfast.

Overall it's very good, the front desk is patient and responsible! The hotel management is very good. The door will be closed at night, and you need the password given in the key card to open the door. It feels very safe; the hotel and the room are also very clean! The city is beautiful. It takes 15/20 minutes to walk or take the bus to the beach. It is well worth a visit!

Admittedly, this is a bit of a concept, so it’s not for everyone. The rooms are tiny and minimalist, with nice-quality furnishings (Hansgrohe shower heads), but not many of them (no wardrobe or somesuch), combined with the – somewhat au courant and very cheap – coarse chipboard and industrial details. So if you’re hankering for cushy-cushy premium 5star luxury, move on. But the upsides reach from very low prices, to a very small footprint in CO2 (and other resource-use) terms, to a very pleasant international contemporary interpretation of common areas (yes, we have foosball), to an unexcitedly cool clientele. In a way, it reminded me of the early high-concept Club Med, with extremely modest rooms (often tents) and a focus on the communal experience, at times a bit essentialist. For us, less was more.

First reason to choose this hotel is that it has reasonable price and near to train station and city bus/tram stop. There are a lot of halal restaurants within walking distance from the hotel. There are also a few supermarkets near the hotel. The room is clean and spacious with a double bed, a sofa bed and small dining table. The kitchenette is equip with kettle, electric stove, microwave, fridge, pan/pot and kitchenware (but no knife) adequate to cook/warm your breakfast or simple lunch. This hotel will be in my travel list.

We came to the family (2 adults and 2 children) for 2 days. At our arrival at 23h the receptionist was very nice. 195€ for 2 nights, the price is more than reasonable. The hotel is very comfortable and very comfortable and it is very comfortable and very comfortable. The staff is laughing and welcome For the breakfast there is no bad choice, even when you go down at 10:15. Only a little bemol, it is not fruit. There is only fruit salad. What is also bad, is that there is no part in the rooms. Only 2 gardens. Sorry if you want to be in the full black. I stayed together with my partner at your hotel in Merignac last week the nights of the 29th and 30th of October. The night of the 30th we came back to the hotel around 22:30 p.m. and the reception was closed, so we used our card to open the main entrance of the hotel. Unfortunately, the card was not working as the door did not open. We tried several times to call the number which appeared in the front door, but no one replied. Suddenly some customers who were inside the hotel appeared and they opened us the front door. They told us that they have faced same issue; they could not open the front door. Additionally, they could not open their bedroom door, as the card was not working. We tried as well to open our bedroom door, but same issue happened, the card did not work. We were around two hours trying to reach someone from the hotel to solve this unpleasant situation, but we had no response at all. We were checking numbers of different Nemea hotels. We talked to both Lyon and Toulouse hotels, but they told us that they could not help us. They were stating that they were independent hotels and that they had no relationship between each other. We really felt abandoned and the whole situation was very unpleasant. We did as well call the police as we were desperate to solve this issue. As we had no response whatsoever from the hotel, we decided at around 0:15 a.m. to leave Nemea and search another hotel to spend the night. We needed to get a sleep. Same did the family that were with us in the reception. Moreover, they had two young daughters. Next morning, we went into the Nemea reception to explain the whole situation. The response we got from the man in the reception was to write an email to the following email account: merignac-stadium@nemea.fr. We did not accept so as we wanted a compensation on that same day. After that they agreed to pay us for the new hotel room we booked. This was not acceptable, and we required to compensate for the lost time, the several calls we did, the medication I was not able to take, and all the inconveniences caused. Finally, we got paid the hotel night at Ibis plus the Smartbox value. Finally, we would like to take the chance for you to recheck the internal policies on how you control the security as well as the emergency numbers in case any technological damage arises. A customer cannot be left abandoned as it has been done in this case.

The hotel is very dated with old furniture nearly falling apart. However the room is big, the bed is comfortable and the shower is powerful. The location is really good within walking distance to the center. Most important for us to book this hotel is its gated secured car park.

The hotel is a bit far from the city, but you can park for free. If it is a self-driving tour, it is very recommended, because Bordeaux parking is very troublesome. The hotel is very clean, the bathroom is a bit small, the bed is large and the quilt is very comfortable. The hotel's front desk service is also very good. After 9 pm, there is no way to check in.

The entrance of this hotel in Bordeaux is small, it is only a single door, in the back streets, there are one-way streets that cannot turn around and are difficult to drive. Long parking is not allowed. Self-driving cars have to stop and walk for five minutes in the underground public parking lot of Bordeaux Exchange Square , 25 Euro a night. The hotel has its own restaurant, the front desk and other pictures are quite different from what is provided online. They are actually simple and all self-service. The accommodation only gives a very retro key, which must be handed over to the front desk every time you go out. The elevator in the hotel is very small, the room is small, the bed in the triple room is small, and the bathroom is also small. The room has a double-layered window that can be opened, carpet floor, good hygiene, and complete toiletries. Do not open the windows at night, because outside is a garbage dump, it is very noisy in the middle of the night, and there are always loud noises of loading and unloading. The hotel is close to major attractions on foot, low cost performance, not suitable for parent-child travel.
