Very attentive service whether at the hotel reception or in the restaurant. Rooms clean and properly equipped but really too small. Bathroom in appendix in the room, tiny window which does not bring any luminosity. Good choice of dishes in the restaurant and well prepared, perhaps a bit expensive (starter menu, main course, dessert €27). Decent breakfast.

We likened this hotel to a UK Travelodge. Basic decent room and facilities, mainly used by travelling salespeople. Our room was up several stairs, uncomfortable for hubby post surgery & not informed about. EV charging installed but not operational when we arrived (Oct 11-12th 2023) ,& Lidl chargers were broken, so we travelled to the Carrefour to charge. Buffet breakfast was fine. Did the job.

Lovely hotel just 15 minutes walk from Libourne centre. Over the bridge where the river boats stop. Lovely area, great place to stop. Dinner and breakfast very nice and good service. This area, Libourne, is stunning countryside.

We thought this hotel was a good location for center and offered free parking. The Staff were extremely welcoming & helpful and even spoke English. We walked into the centre which took about 20 mins for a meal. We didn't have breakfast the following morning but it looked good. We just bought a coffee. I wouldn't hesitate recommended this hotel. As previous guests have said it's dated but for us it was quite secure and extremely clean. Bed was comfortable.

The floor cleanliness could be better. Corners near the AC were full of dirt and dust. Covid 19 restrictions (like asking for the passe sanitaire or wearing a mask on common zones during breakfast) were not enforced, making us feel a bit uncomfortable. Front door and restaurant staff was really great though.

We booked a twin room. On arrival they gave us a double. They said they couldn't accommodate us until the next day for the twin. When we pulled out of the lot for to run errands a large bus of girls on a soccer team checked in. We think they purposely oversold our room. Very moldy, which could easily be fixed by bleach. Pool is nice and grounds are lovely. Price is right. Dining staff is very friendly. Put off by mold and deceitful booking practice. Sad to say, our friend's recommendation of this hotel didn't pan out for us. Would not recommend.
