"An average hotel. There were quite a few Black and Indian guests. The room was a good size, but the facilities were just so-so. The shuttle bus wasn't on time. The location is okay, but there's a Subway right outside. I won't be booking here again."

"This is our third time staying at this hotel, and it's always our go-to when relatives or friends visit Toronto and want to see Niagara Falls. The rooms are huge with floor-to-ceiling windows and two comfy armchairs, so you can sit right by the window and watch the incredibly powerful falls – it's absolutely stunning, especially great for elderly guests with mobility issues. Parking at the hotel is super expensive; the first time, valet plus tip cost us nearly $80 CAD. However, there are other parking lots nearby for about $20 CAD per night."

"The set up of the building is confusing if you’re not familiar with it the attendant on staff was little to no help . After explaining to him my elderly mother needed to get to her room , I asked twice for help , he showed very little kindness and no actual professionalism at all . The room was clean , air conditioning works well . Breakfast could use some fruit ? Nothing for a vegetarian."

"I had a wonderful stay at Sheraton Fallsview Hotel. The hotel exceeded my expectations the room was spacious, spotless, and offered stunning views of Niagara Falls. A special thank you to Agnes at the front desk for her exceptional hospitality. We arrived quite late at around 10 PM, and she warmly welcomed us with chocolates upon check-in. She also kindly arranged a late check-out for us, which was greatly appreciated after a long day of travel. The combination of excellent service, comfortable accommodations, and breathtaking views made our stay truly memorable. I would definitely recommend this hotel and look forward to staying here again in the future."

"I am writing to express my profound dissatisfaction and to formally lodge a severe complaint regarding the unacceptable conditions of my stay at your property from 2 july to 3 july. My experience was nothing short of disastrous, characterized by an uninhabitable room environment, a blatant lack of accountability from your staff, and an absolute refusal by management to rectify the situation. During my stay, the climate control in my room was entirely inoperable. I approached the reception multiple times in a desperate attempt to resolve the issue: First Instance: The technician dispatched to my room explicitly admitted that the entire system was fundamentally broken due to a severe heating malfunction. Second Instance: The ”solution” provided by your staff was a completely ineffective portable fan. This gesture did absolutely nothing to alleviate the stifling, oppressive heat. The room remained a sweltering, suffocating box, utterly depriving me of sleep for the entire night. Third Instance: Exhausted and distressed, I went down to the reception a third time. Rather than moving me to a functional room, the overnight staff completely deflected responsibility, telling me there was nothing more they could do and instructing me to speak directly with management in the morning. The situation deteriorated further the next morning. When I approached the manager to demand a resolution for this intolerable ordeal, I was met with total dismissal. The manager callously deflected all accountability, claiming that because my booking was made through a third party, he ”cannot help with anything” and ”cannot do anything” to fix their own property's failure. Instead of taking ownership of a severe breach of hospitality standards, the manager simply handed me this email address to deal with the problem myself. Let me be entirely clear: a third-party booking does not excuse a hotel from providing basic, habitable living conditions. I did not pay to spend a sleepless night suffocating in a health hazard, nor did I pay to be brushed off by your on-site management. Because your property failed to provide a liveable room and your management failed to handle the crisis, I demand a full, immediate refund for this stay. If this matter is not addressed promptly and with the gravity it deserves, I will escalate this complaint to your corporate office, notify the booking platform of your refusal to cooperate, and publicly expose this experience online. "The hotel's location is excellent. You can walk to all the bustling streets nearby, and I could see the Parliament building right from my room. The front desk service was great. If you're driving, valet parking is available for around 60 Canadian dollars, paid at the front desk, which I believe includes the tip."

"The room overall was quite comfortable, and the bedding was good. However, hotels in North America tend to be more basic and simple compared to what you find domestically. The pricing on Trip.com was strange; booking in advance was actually more expensive than booking last minute. What's really nice about this place is that you can see the waterfall right from the elevator lobby. The breakfast was also a pleasant surprise, with a good variety of options and tasty made-to-order omelets."

"Right in the heart of the waterfall scenic area, just a 7-minute walk to the Niagara City Cruises dock. It has direct indoor access to Casino Niagara and Fallsview Indoor Waterpark. Starbucks, restaurants, and shops are right outside. We had a high-floor room with a floor-to-ceiling window/balcony offering direct views of the Horseshoe Falls. We didn't even need to leave the room to watch the fireworks show at night."

"So, the leading positive is the buffet breakfast in the hotel restaurant -Aqua. Decent selection and good quality. Fresh omelet station. It is generally an add-on or a slightly higher room cost when included. The front desk service was friendly. Parking is expensive at $12 per day down a back alley and under a low concrete parkade roof - max height of just over 6 feet. Limited parking available. Service for cleaning making up the room is the decided downfall here. We placed the Grey- please make up the room card on the door each morning before departing. First day, nothing by 5:00pm. First room attendant in the hall - not my assigned room, second attendant - not my room, third attendant - not my room. Pattern? Finally, someone bothered to take ownership and brief a supervisor? to request someone. I'm not sure about the purpose of the signs since clearly they are meaningless. Two days later, a Saturday...same thing. 4:30 pm and still no service. I mean, we are content with towels and coffee pods, but you need to find someone first to even achieve that... A couple of the last days, the room attendant was very good and friendly. Last day, 28c out, and a/c stopped working. Not optimal. Only one of the two front elevators is in service, and that one was not functioning on one day. Overall, it was a very average experience. It was a bit of a let-down for a Crowne Plaza, particularly when the hotel was never particularly busy during our 7 night stay."
