"Check-in was smooth and pleasant. We were offered a complimentary upgrade to a seaview room and the view from the room was amazing. The bed was also very comfortable.
We were also served welcome fruit just after we finished lunch in our room. What a pleasant surprise and a lovely touch!
The breakfast spread was huge and the food was delicious. The gym was super spacious and well-equipped, with a dedicated studio space and a strength-training area. The seaview from the gym was a huge plus as well.
The location of the hotel was superb. There is a mall directly connected to the hotel, while SM Seaside is only 1.2 km away. When we were at the TOPS Lookout, we could even spot the hotel from afar! It was also a short drive to the pier.
My only complaint was that the cleanliness could be improved. There was some dirt on the bedsheet, although nothing major. When I tried to use the bathtub, the water came out looking yellowish, which was a little concerning. The breakfast area could also get quite crowded during peak hours and we waited about 15 minutes to be seated."

"My family and I recently stayed at Crimson for a night, and the experience was nothing short of exceptional. My daughter absolutely loved the place, and the only word she could repeatedly say was, “AMAZING.”
The buffet breakfast was outstanding, especially the wide variety of options available for kids. It was thoughtful touches like these that made our stay even more enjoyable. The foam party at the infinity pool was also a big highlight and added so much fun and excitement for the children.
What truly made our stay memorable was the hospitality of the staff. Everyone was incredibly accommodating, warm, and approachable throughout our visit. During checkout, a piece of luggage belonging to a guest from Room 619 was accidentally loaded into our car. As soon as we discovered it, we immediately contacted the concierge, and the taxi driver kindly returned it to the hotel right away.
Overall, we had a truly wonderful and memorable stay at the resort. Thank you for the excellent service and experience — we would gladly return and highly recommend Crimson to others."

"We discovered this hotel quite by chance and were absolutely not disappointed. The villa is breathtakingly beautiful and spacious, with air conditioning on both floors. It's a shame you can't connect the TV to a tablet or phone, though YouTube is pre-installed. You can plug your charging cable directly into the socket.
This place is more for relaxing. The hotel offers a free daily round-trip shuttle to Alona Beach (departing at 5 PM, returning at 9:30 PM). Otherwise, you can take the shuttle to Alona Beach hourly for 150 PHP per person. The return trip costs the same. We paid 250 Pesos for the return journey using the Grab app.
The large pool is slightly salty, while the smaller one is freshwater. You can snorkel wonderfully here and even see turtles, etc. You should definitely wear water shoes.
The staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. Thank you for the great service.
Breakfast was decent, but nothing special for me. I always ordered the cappuccino. Prices in the restaurant were a bit high; 200 PHP for a coke is a bit much. However, you can buy your drinks elsewhere and store them in the empty mini-fridge.

Breakfast gets very crowded, so expect to queue.

"Everything was great – the room condition, amenities, location, and service. Every staff member I encountered greeted me and opened doors for me. They even opened the car door when I called a Grab. "They have a Michelin star. It's one of the best quiet hotels, and the pool is the largest in Cebu. There's a beach. Jet ski rental is 6200 pesos per hour. You can swim in the sea, but sometimes there's low tide and very little water. They don't let you go far out. This option is for those who love pools. There are several restaurants. The service is pleasant, and the prices match the hotel's caliber. The interior is decent. You can tell some things could be tweaked, but overall it's excellent. Security is good. The lifts all work. The staff are friendly. We stayed for three days. We met one Russian, 15 Chinese, and a couple of Europeans. Thanks for the wonderful time."

A small, cozy hotel with clean, well-maintained rooms and beautiful grounds. You can always grab a meal at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly helpful; they assisted us with booking a ferry, arranging transfers, and even drove us around to see the sights.

The location of the hotel is OK, it's only about 10 minutes' walk from the commercial center, and it's easy to find food. The hotel facilities are too old. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling and the noise was very loud. There was no way to rest. After communicating with the front desk, it was immediately solved and the room was changed. I would like to thank the hotel service staff for their quick handling. The air conditioner in the changed room was fine. When I washed up in the morning, the water from the faucet was gone. It gushed out and then stopped. It took a long time to get back to normal. We booked a suite, but it was just a little bit. It didn't feel like a suite. It cost more than 600 a night without breakfast, which was a bit not worth it.
