"You need to go through a security check before entering the hotel, which makes you feel very safe. The front desk staff were especially friendly and helpful, and any questions or issues were handled quickly.
The room was clean and well-maintained. Both the sofa and the bed were very comfortable. There was also a JBL speaker in the living room, which was a really nice touch. I was especially happy to receive a complimentary room upgrade, and the room had a great view.
One thing to note is that there seems to be a voltage issue with the hair dryer, so it couldn’t be used in the bathroom.
The hand cream also smelled amazing and worked really well. Overall, I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely recommend this hotel."

"Stayed 2 days on my way to Bohol. Convenient to the airport. The rooms are large and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Will definitely consider staying here again. The pool area is so-so, but wasn’t planning on swimming anyway."

Breakfast gets very crowded, so expect to queue.

Overall, we had a pleasant and comfortable stay at the hotel.
What I liked:
* The room is very spacious and clean.
* The staff are warm, friendly, and accommodating.
* The swimming pools are well-maintained.
* The hotel feels very secure and safe.
Areas for improvement:
* Parking area: The parking area was flooded with stagnant water. I hope management can install a visible caution sign to warn guests. In my experience, I was unable to use my car at night because the water surrounding my vehicle was too deep to safely pass through.
* Bathtub safety: I strongly recommend providing a rubber anti-slip mat in the bathtubs. The surface can be very slippery and may pose a safety risk, especially for senior citizens.
* For guests traveling with seniors: I suggest informing the hotel in advance so they can provide a room closer to the pool or common areas and, if possible, a room with a bathroom that does not have a bathtub.
Overall, it was a good stay, and I appreciate the staff and the cleanliness of the hotel. I hope management can address these safety concerns to make the experience even better, especially for families traveling with elderly guests."

A small, cozy hotel with clean, well-maintained rooms and beautiful grounds. You can always grab a meal at the restaurant. The staff was incredibly helpful; they assisted us with booking a ferry, arranging transfers, and even drove us around to see the sights.

ryetravelsIt's definitely a ”small paradise” on the coast of the island. When we arrived at the hotel, our first impression was wow! Exotic and lush green gardens everywhere! So relaxing and peaceful environment after a long ride outside of the hotel. The staff were smiling, friendly, helpful and kind. They helped us in our needs and inquiries. In fact, they gave us a ride when we checked out. The breakfast was ok. A typical Filipino dish. It would be nice to upgrade it and add more variations. The price we paid was adequate for the services we obtained. Our room has a pool and beach access with a stunning view of the sunset. We have enjoyed our stay specially at the pool. With its sea water and infinite pool perfect for picture taking. The room was ok with basic amenities, spotless clean and functional. A bit far from the city but with public transportation it's ok. The only concerns we have are there are no lights on the street when you arrive at night and the road was rocky. They told us it wasn't the hotel's fault because it's not their property, the sink in the toilet was clogged. The water has difficulty to flow. The water on the floor stayed in the middle and doesn't flow in the hole. The shower was clogged too. The rust blocked the small holes of the shower. We found some insects in the toilet but it was ok. The hotel has a potential but they need to upgrade the rooms, toilets and its furnishings. We will definitely come back here again.

The location of the hotel is OK, it's only about 10 minutes' walk from the commercial center, and it's easy to find food. The hotel facilities are too old. The air conditioner in the room was not cooling and the noise was very loud. There was no way to rest. After communicating with the front desk, it was immediately solved and the room was changed. I would like to thank the hotel service staff for their quick handling. The air conditioner in the changed room was fine. When I washed up in the morning, the water from the faucet was gone. It gushed out and then stopped. It took a long time to get back to normal. We booked a suite, but it was just a little bit. It didn't feel like a suite. It cost more than 600 a night without breakfast, which was a bit not worth it.
