Overall, the hotel is new and everything is great: the pool, the sauna, and there's a delicious burger place nearby. It took us 25 minutes to get to the airport. Super convenient and awesome.

The hotel is not great, definitely not 5 stars, but it's still better than all the others around. When I checked in, they wouldn't accept my US dollars and told me to go exchange money outside. I said, "Do you know what time it is? It's the middle of the night (2 AM), where am I supposed to exchange money?" The woman at the front desk suggested I wait in the lobby until 9 AM for the exchange office to open—wait 7 hours!))) In the end, the guys working at the entrance offered to sell me pesos at an exchange rate of 5,000 instead of 6,000 :).

We had a great stay at this hotel! The staff were very accommodating, friendly, and helpful throughout our stay. The location is also convenient, with restaurants nearby and plenty of establishments just outside the hotel, making it easy to find food and other necessities. Overall, it was a comfortable and pleasant place to stay. We really enjoyed our experience and would definitely consider coming back on our next visit. Highly recommended!

Great. You are meet with friendly security at the entrance. They are polite and friendly. If you like to chat they are nice to chat while you whait for your taxi.if not they don't bother you. Top notch. They check if it is the right one. Then the front dest reacts quickly and professionally super friendly. Help you with all your needs. The bar has great staff , quick professional and friendly. Food is great and tasty. If you dont order lunch included, the menu is there and they will make delicious fress meal anytime, can even deliver to your room, if your feeling lazy. The room is clean because the room service is great. New sheets evry day. You always come back to a clean room. The ladies are polite friendly always with a smile and ofcourse beatifull. The pool at the 3rd floor is great and has 2 sauna rooms . And a bar. Nice breeze of wind, and a life saver on watch, as well as security cameras , so no worries about your stuff just leave them on the table. The beach it 5 minutes from hotel. Just walk dont take a taxy. When you enter the beach territory its like from a movie. I was impressed. You can spend there hole day , just swimming eating at a restaurant or the bar. Or have it delivered to you while you enjoy the sun. There was even a concert in the evening. Truly amazing. Will visit again. You feel like at home

The location felt very safe. It's inside the Newtown area, right by a main road with CCTV, so security wasn't a concern at all. Getting around was easy, though it doesn't have that typical beach resort vibe—I wouldn't particularly recommend it if you're looking to just lounge around and chill at the hotel. The service was great; they helped us book golf and arrange transportation. The breakfast was quite varied. The small bowls of noodles were tasty, especially the ginger chicken broth. The surroundings were decent. The water quality, however, was indeed a bit concerning as it smelled of chemicals, but I'm guessing that's not just an issue with this specific hotel.

Great hotel with good service for a reasonable price. It has a private beach about a 10-minute walk away, offering all amenities including towels and sun loungers. The swimming area is not very large, but there is plenty to see with a snorkel. Nearby is a local pier where boats arrive regularly, which might be a downside for some. The hairdryer head was wobbly, so I had to hold it in place while using it, which was inconvenient. The toilet paper provided was loosely rolled, and with two women, it ran out quickly. There wasn't any spare toilet paper readily available either. The shower only had a long shower curtain as a divider, and even with care, water splashed everywhere, making the bathroom quite wet.
