"This hotel offers good value for money for guests visiting Verona. It's conveniently located, about an 8-minute walk straight after turning right from the train station exit, then another 7 minutes straight after turning right again (totaling around 15 minutes). You can reach the old town arena in about 25 minutes on foot, so most interesting places are within walking distance. The staff are friendly; I found the room a bit cool at night, and housekeeping promptly brought an extra blanket when I called. Breakfast is Italian style, with a good variety and tasty options. The hotel's decor retains its 1970s charm and is well-maintained. While some room facilities are a bit dated, particularly the electrical switches, you can see what was considered state-of-the-art in the '70s. My only regret is that the shower is over a narrow and steep bathtub. I was concerned about slipping, especially for older guests, and there were no grab bars on the wall, so I largely avoided using it."

"A good place to stay in Venice cheaply. The location is pretty well connected and i strongly recommend taking an independent bus, rather than their shuttle bus service - they drop you off by a busy road and the walk to Venice is not much shorter than the 20min one that you take from the Hotel to a bus stop (and it’s cheaper).
I found it very disappointing that my message I sent 2-3 days before my stay with questions, was never read or answered. The room has all needed amenities, and is overall comfortable, however the only table is outdoors. The on-site shop is convenient, with prices not too racked up, so very reliable. However the Hotel restaurant is disappointing. We ordered a pizza and a kids menu burger and fries - the pizza was very average, but the burger was actually just the meat patty and fries?? While it was clearly called a burger on the menu. Additionally, it was neither cheap, or fast service.
I’d say this is a good place to stay for a short trip to Venice, especially on the budget, but would not recommend using their extra amenities such as the restaurant or bus."

"Great! They upgraded us to a larger room. The breakfast was good too. This hotel has a fantastic location, right opposite Santa Lucia train station. It only takes about six minutes to walk across the bridge with your luggage. Plus, if you're planning to explore by boat, you can buy tickets right across the street at the ticket office. We bought a one-day pass and even managed a trip to Murano (the glass island)."

"The facilities of the hostel were great, especially the lounging area was comfortable enough to sit and wait if one had been early for the check-in time. However, when we checked into our room long after the official check-in time, the beddings of a bunk bed were not made. In fact, cover sheets and blankets of those beds were just laid there all messy and one even had holes in it (shown in the pictures provided below). That was not the only inconvenience, however. A fire alarm in the hostel had been activated at 3 am of August 11th randomly, which rang for at least two hours, but management and staff were not as competent when handling an emergency situation like that in my opinion. Guests of the hostel had to be waken up with a banging noise of alarm in the midst of their sleep and evacuated outside to stand still for 2 full hours with no explanation or compromisation. It has to be considered that all kinds of people are being hosted in this hostel, such as the elderly, the children, and also disabled people who cannot be put under that kind of stress and also deprivation of sleep. If compromisation of a late check-out was made with customers, it would at least compensate for the inconvenience it brought to people."

"If you're looking for accommodation to visit Venice, this could be a pretty practical option. The hotel is connected to Venice by bus in about 12 minutes, so even if you're not staying directly on the island, getting to the center is easy.
The 2 PM check-in seemed quite good to me. Some hotels don't allow access to the room until 3 PM or even 4 PM, so having it available earlier is appreciated, especially after traveling.
Breakfast was included and, honestly, for the price we paid, it was quite satisfactory. No great luxuries, but enough to start the day with energy.
The room was a pleasant surprise: spacious, with a large bed and another small one, and we also had views of the square, which is always a plus.
The less positive point? The bathroom. Overall it was fine, but the shower was quite small and could be a bit uncomfortable.
👉 In summary: a good alternative if you want to visit Venice without necessarily paying the prices of staying directly on the island. Good connection, spacious room, and included breakfast. The only thing I would clearly improve is the size of the shower."
