Excellent location just next to the railway station, New hotel everything is newly served, Excellent breakfast, cost worthy options, Staffs are also very friendly Wonderful experience in Venice. Will definitely revisit!

Everything was great (the breakfast was superb) but if you are a light sleeper, the streets may be noisy as it is facing a busy street.

The location was very convenient. Very close to the bus station from airport, allowing us to leave luggage before exploring. The breakfast was served with variety of food. Most importantly the receptionist and everyone at the hotel was very kind and friendly.

I arrived in Venice after 11 PM yesterday, and I must say, it was quite an adventure! Unfortunately, there was no one at the reception of the hotel I originally booked, so we found ourselves wandering around in search of help. Other hotels were fully booked, and just when we were starting to lose hope, we stumbled upon this amazing hotel as a walk-in. The staff at the reception were incredibly kind and quickly found a room for us. The hotel was so warm, cozy, and clean. If it weren't for this hotel, I might have ended up sleeping on the street! 😭 And let me tell you, the breakfast was absolutely outstanding! There was a fantastic variety of fresh vegetables and bread, along with delicious food that truly exceeded my expectations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, and Ludmila was a gem throughout breakfast. She kept checking in to see if the food we were enjoying was good and if we needed anything at all. This is hands down the best hotel I have ever stayed in. I will definitely stay here again the next time I come to Venice. Thank you so much for such an incredible experience ♥️♥️

Excellent new hotel 100m away from Santa Lucia station. Just opened less than 2 months ago, excellent service and modern new rooms. Breakfast was good with decent options, the only downside I can add is that eggs to order are not included and are charged extra. I think that they should change this policy as almost every other hotel includes eggs to order for breakfast. One amazing gesture when we arrived was the complimentary fruit basket, free bottle of sparkling wine and complimentary mini bar. Almost no other hotels offer this service and that would make me return in an instant. I highly recommend this hotel.
