This hotel is near Chengdu East Railway Station. When you arrive at the rail station, look for Longemont hotel. The hotel is behind Longemont and then Rayfont hotel. Walk abit and turn left. The hotel is there. From here it's very convenient to go anywhere. The staff are very helpful and will try to help you. Everything is good. I stayed here for 4 nights before moving on to Jiuzhaigo but I'm coming back to stay at this hotel again. Chengdu East Railway is where you need to buy tickets anywhere. I recommend everyone to stay here. Initially I was worried about the cigarette smoke smell for hotels in China but there's no problem with this hotel at all.

After comparing the reviews with my friends,we chose this hotel. When we arrived at the lobby, it was bright and spacious. We were greeted by a staff member as soon as we entered. Every staff member was smiling and enthusiastic. The overall experience was very good. There was also a butler who added WeChat when we checked in. He would care about and greet us every day. If we needed anything, we could contact him at any time. It was very convenient. In addition, we were given welcome fruit. Next time we come to Chengdu, we will choose to stay here again.

We booked a family room for 2 adults and a 10 yo kid. The room is clean and well designed. The amenities in the hotel is quite complete like laundry room free of charge. Detergent is not provided, however, customer can purchase detergent capsule at CNY5 from the counter at the hotel lobby. There are convenient store and MCD outside hotel building. The hotel also provides a good selection in their breakfast menu which caters customers traveling from western countries. The location of hotel is great, walking distance to national park entrance.

There were little bugs everywhere, so the room didn’t feel very clean (black dots on the towel). However, service was friendly and helpful, and they provided a menu of things the hotel could provide for you, including bug spray and ointment! Location was great, very close to the Wide-Narrow Lane and metro station.

Hotel was very clean. Thanks for the free upgrade for our stay. The room is big and i love the hair dryer. Is not the lousy type of hair dryer which saves alot of times if u have long hair. Very convenient to walk around as is near to IFS and alot of convenience store & restaurants nearby. Front desk is friendly and helpful. If u are not sure of anything, can just wechat them and they are very responsive. But the breakfast can be improve as just few options but the wrap is very delicious. Not sure isit cause weekdays so lesser options. We check out very early around 5:45am, the front desk is there to collect our room card. Will definitely come back again!

Room is mostly for couples, if ur staying with group of friends . It will be kinda awkward.. the toilet is visible from the bed and nothing to block. U can see everything. Otherwise location is really good near TaiKoo Li.. literally next door only.. oh ya.. those first time to locate lobby.. find the building main lift and go to Lvl 4.. rooms will only be at Lvl 1,2&3.. that’s it.. low floor hotel room

The owner welcomed us with pleasure and he also upgraded our room. This inn made us feel cozy and comfortable like we were at home. They also provided the meal. (Their hot pot was so good with a big potion) The owner and all stuffs are so nice. The communication was so smooth although we used translate app. The location is also good because there is a cafe nearby.

A lovely stay. The apartment owner was very supportive. Thank you very much for answering all my questions ＜3. Location was close to Taikoo Li. We had a bit of struggle to find it because our driver was from another city. But when we call Didi, they all can locate the location very well. It also had Family mart downstairs, and a few local stores nearby selling veggies, meat and fruits, which make it very convenient. The amenities overall were great, except the hot water in the bathroom as I need to wait a few minutes because it used the gas system. But apart from that, we were happy with our stay :). And thank you for the lovely Sichuan gift too ＜3

Room was booked just a mere 10 mins before we arrived and it was clearly a kids friendly room from the bed sheet to the plush toys and tent set up ! The room features a heated floor, great for a cold winter month ! Bathroom looks old and the lights at the room entrance were not working, so its dark at the wardrobe area. Giving an uplift look to the bathroom would be a nice consideration ! It is clean btw !

Of course, the price and quality are definitely better. Advantages: The location is conveniently located within walking distance from the ticket gate of Changpinggou Scenic Area. The pumpkin porridge and yellow noodle buns for breakfast are delicious. Arrived two hours in advance to arrange check-in. There is hot water with rhodiola rosea available at the front desk, and a foot bath bucket is provided. Disadvantages: The room is very, very small, and the bed is placed against the wall. The bathroom is especially small. Although you should take a shower as little as possible on the plateau, this bathroom is so small that you shake your head. I didn't have much confidence in the hotel near the scenic spot, but I didn't expect that they gave us a big surprise. We brought two children with us and ordered tatami mats with mattresses put together. The two little monkeys were very happy. The toilet and shower were still separate.
