The hotel is well placed near a lot of points of interest
I would say the pictures of the hotel available on the website are rather flattering, of course this is to be expected, but I think the reality might feel a bit underwhelming if you place too much focus on the pictures
I must say I was a bit disappointed, as the hotel was ranked by trip as number 15 most scenic hotels in Chengdu, and I think this is clearly overselling it !
I believe this hotel can definitely give satisfaction to a lot of travelers, it’s probably good value for money if you get it at a good price, but to place it number 15 of scenic hotels in Chengdu is in my opinion wrong, and I will put less trust in trip rankings going forward because of this
I believe a good way for the hotel to improve would be to put a little bit more emphasis on cleanliness

My stay this time was incredibly comfortable and pleasant! The front desk lady was so gentle and spoke softly, and she was really enthusiastic and thoughtful. She even called me before check-in to remind me about my reservation, which was incredibly considerate. When I arrived, I was pleasantly surprised to get a free room upgrade! The front desk even wrote down the delivery address for takeout, which was super convenient~
The room environment was fantastic, with green trees right outside the window – it was so relaxing to look at. All the room facilities were fully equipped too. Later, I accidentally left my necklace at the hotel, and when I contacted the front desk, they were incredibly patient and helped me search for it. They found it very quickly, which was truly heartwarming! I genuinely thank the front desk lady. Next time I'm in Chengdu, I'll definitely choose this hotel again! 🥰

If you are staying in Chengdu, stay here. The view from our room was literally breathtaking both day and night, and the location is amazing for going anywhere. We found it very easy to go to Taikoo Li and the surrounding area which has lots of restaurants and shops. The room itself was gorgeous, super clean and has a large bath facing over the view which was very relaxing at night. The hosts were welcoming and attentive, and the man we met to take us up to the room spoke perfect English. Communication was easy and we had no issues with our stay. Could not recommend more !!!!

The view of the snow-capped mountains right outside the window was absolutely stunning. The front desk staff and driver were incredibly responsible as well. We arrived very late, but they still arranged a pick-up and drop-off for us. Knowing we were heading to Shuangqiao Valley the next day, they even thoughtfully prepared some snacks to help with altitude sickness. So considerate!

First off, the location is unbeatable – right next to Taikoo Li and Chunxi Road, which is super lively. Secondly, I booked a standard room with a small window this time, but the front desk upgraded me for free to a larger room. It not only had a bathtub but also a huge floor-to-ceiling window. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the room itself had a really great design, not just a typical hotel style. Perfect for a trip!

Stayed in my dream room with a friend! I love the marble decor, it's simple yet luxurious. We came here for the infinity pool, and the photos turned out absolutely stunning! It felt so much like a vacation, and taking a bath was incredibly relaxing. My friend and I didn't want to get out of the pool, the experience was really good. They offer 24-hour butler service and all the amenities are well-equipped. Coffee was even delivered to our door in the morning, which was a very thoughtful touch. Overall, we were quite satisfied with our stay.

The rooms at this hotel are absolutely gorgeous and perfect for photos! My friends and I stayed in a few different room types, but our favorite was definitely the treehouse room with the hot tub. We took so many pictures, and my WeChat Moments blew up with compliments, haha! We'll definitely be back next time.

Location: You can't beat the location. Kuixinglou Street is right downstairs, and Kuanzhai Alley is just a short stroll away. Finding food is super convenient, with famous spots like Minghong Hot Pot and Maojiao Hotpot nearby.
Facilities: I booked a room with a private hot spring, and a soak in the evening was incredibly relaxing. The whole room is controlled by XiaoDu smart assistant, and you can even check the progress of the public washing machine on the TV. The attention to detail is really thoughtful and user-friendly.
The best part was that breakfast is served until noon, which is perfect for those who love to sleep in, haha~
Plus, the small garden on the rooftop has a little hot spring, and it's lovely to sit there and enjoy the breeze when the lights come on at night. The hotel is full of panda-themed elements everywhere, making for great photos.
Parking: The hotel has an underground parking lot, and guests can park for free.

IInaz Ab.llahWe stayed at this hotel for one night and had a very pleasant experience. The hotel is conveniently located near Shangqouai Valley, Siguniang, making it easy to get around.
The room was clean and comfortable, which is very important, especially when traveling with a baby.
The staff were extremely kind and attentive. They reminded us not to wet our hair while showering to reduce the risk of AMS. When our baby cried nonstop at night, the staff showed great concern — they offered to take our baby to the hospital and provided oxygen as they were worried about AMS.
We truly felt well taken care of. Highly recommended, especially for families traveling with young children.

AAnonymous UserThe room is cozy! Toilet is clean and the shower pressure is strong. They provide alcohol wipe, ear plugs and even ensure that the room is sanitised (there’s a card beside the bed). You can still hear some noise from the corridor but the earplugs help. The hairdryer is from laifen. Location wise it’s just a short walk from exit F (stairs only at this exit though) of Chengdu Second People's Hospital Metro Station (line 4 & 3. It’s an interchange station so you get more options for your train travel which is a big plus). Walkable distance to chunxi road and there’s even 2 small supermarkets just 1-2 mins walk opposite the hotel. The washing machine and dryer works well and there’s laundry detergent provided too
TToon_mThe hotel was really great. There’s an elevator, so no need to worry about carrying luggage up the stairs.
We arrived at ฺBus Stop 2 and the hotel staff came out to help us with our bags — plus we were warmly greeted by an adorable dog!
We chose a triple room, and the space was comfortable and sufficient for everyone. Our room faced the front with a beautiful mountain view.
The beds also had electric mattress warmers, which made our sleep very cozy.
Breakfast was good, and the stir-fried vegetables were delicious.
They also provide hiking poles that guests can borrow.
MM637684****We booked a quad room, and the service was excellent! The only thing that could be improved is the hot water for the shower; it wasn't hot enough. Overall, we were very satisfied. A big thank you to the front desk staff, both the ladies and gentlemen, for their superb service.

GGuest UserThe hotel's location was perfect for our trip to Mount Emei, and it's really close to the high-speed train station. They even offer shuttle service! The room environment was very comfortable, and the breakfast had a great variety. The hotel itself was clean and bright, and the price was very reasonable. It's an excellent choice, and I'll definitely choose this hotel again for future visits, and plan to stay longer to truly enjoy it. Thank you to all the hotel staff for their enthusiastic and attentive service!

GGuest UserThe location on Wangping Street is super convenient! There are many cafes and bars along the river, and you can walk to IFS and Taikoo Li, but I opted for a Didi instead. The hotel is very clean and comfortable, with a 24-hour laundry room and gym. They offer unlimited free boiled water, and there's even a robot for room service. Inside the room, there's a Xiao Du smart assistant, a smart bed (with adjustable height and massage modes), and a smart toilet. The front desk staff are incredibly friendly – I give 100 points to the ladies at counter #1 and #5 for their excellent service! I'll definitely be back here on my next trip to Chengdu. The only minor drawback might be that the bathroom and toilet are a bit small and lack hooks, which was a bit inconvenient 🥹
TTravisOIt’s within walking distance from the Railway station. We decided to reach there by the ground level from the station instead of via the underpass as we find that it’s easier to keep a look out for a distinct landmark - “Longemont building “ (where the hotel is located behind it) than navigating the crowd and directions at the railway station. Hotel looks tired but clean. There’s laundry services but detergent isn’t provided. Breakfast spread is decent especially for one who needs a quick fill before catching the train. For the room, I like that the tables are big to put our belongings. We slept well because it was quiet even though our room faces a primary school.

GGuest UserService: The hotel staff were very enthusiastic. They clearly explained breakfast at check-in and greeted us every time we entered or left. Breakfast started early, but it was pretty standard for a hotel in a scenic area.
The room location was a bit odd; the window overlooked another corridor and had frosted film on the bottom – first time I’ve seen that. The first day was relatively quiet, so overall it felt pretty good. However, on the second night, I realized the soundproofing was terrible. There was constant noise from water pipes and conversations nearby. The most ridiculous thing was kids playing and making noise in the hallway at 11 PM. I had already fallen asleep but was startled awake by their cackling laughter… then crying, then cackling again. It was really spooky to hear in the middle of the night.
Facilities: Quite old. The sink area had visible scuffs and dents. The bathroom only had a handheld shower, no rainfall showerhead. The water heated up quickly and had good pressure. Given that Jiuzhaigou can be cold, there was a notice stating the hotel only had hot air conditioning, but they could provide a fan, as the room's location made it a bit stuffy and warm at night.
Hygiene was acceptable; there was a short hair on the bedside table and a few dark fibers when I pulled back the duvet. Otherwise, it seemed clean. Considering the price and location, it was acceptable.
Overall, the price is cheap, and the location is very close to the park entrance, just a few minutes' walk. There are also plenty of places to eat nearby. If you can tolerate poor soundproofing, it's a very good value-for-money hotel, especially if you're out early and back late just to sleep.

GGuest UserWe are European tourists and already travelling for more than 50 days in the south part of China. Well, of all the good hotels or homestays we have been, this was the first time that we had a front desk person (Sherry) that spoke good English!!!
Arrived at the busstation of Danba, we felt a bit lost and so we decided to phone the homestay knowing already that it would be useless as nobody would speak English... and big surprise!!! The woman answered in good English!!! WOW. She immediately organized a taxi to pick us up. When we arrived the staff took our luggage out of the taxi and took it up the stairs to our room.
The homestay was very cosy with an stunning view (not far from viewpoint n.1 but with a much better completely amazing view). The rooms had outside on the balcony a table and a cosy sofa seating corner, protected from sun and rain where you could have soothe calm time while enjoying the beautiful sight; you see the whole mountainside and even the river!
As Sherry travels a lot herself, she really knows what are the needs for her customers. She was so helpful with everything for us and she gave us much useful information for our next long itinerary. In the open lobby outside (a nice terras with a roof), there are several maps and we even changed our future route. Sitting on the sofas at the terras, the reception girls offered us tea and cookies and we even had a nice chat with English speaking people from Macao. 😊
The rooms, bed and bathroom are confortable and top clean with AC. As of the normal soap, shampoo and hairconditioner there was even bodylotion and disinfectant spray. There are 3 washing machines and a big place to dry your laundry. Just nearby there is a good restaurant and a little shop. In the night there is no noise.
As Sherry was so kind, interesting and helpful, we even invited her to France. Hopefully we can see one day again! My husband and me were so happy to have chosen this homestay!
