Loved this hotel. Great location with a view of the Great Wall from the beautiful pool. The room is really nice with a patio. We had dinner and breakfast at the hotel and enjoyed both. Our stay included the park entrance fee and hot springs. We really liked walking around Watertown and had lunch at one of the shops. We took a cable car right before sunset to the Great Wall, and after a hike reached the Wall. It wasn't crowded and we spent quite a bit of time there before heading back down. At that point it was getting dark, and the lights on the Wall came on. Very beautiful sight, and we got great pictures. I would love to come back to this hotel and area again when we have more time.

The hotel is very clean and close to Sun Moon Island, which is very convenient for watching the drone show at night. The customer service lady is very enthusiastic and helped us lift the door curtain every time we entered and exited. The private sauna was very satisfying, especially for a kid who loves playing with water. It was perfect. The pool was filled with water, and the kid had so much fun that he shouted ”Don't check out, stay here forever”

The experience of this stay was very good and exceeded my expectations. The hotel environment is quiet and relaxing. The room is a villa type. The light on the first floor is a bit dark during the day; the bedroom on the second floor is not very ventilated and still has a lingering decoration smell. I am sensitive to odors. Although the overall impact is not great, it still slightly reduces the experience. It is estimated that it will take some time for the smell to completely dissipate. However, the overall stay experience is still quite good.

I chose the weekend and drove to Yanqing. I booked the Qishitang Hotel that I had been interested in for a long time. Two days before check-in, the housekeeper will contact you by phone and add WeChat. According to your arrival and departure time, the room will be arranged in advance to ensure that the guest can check in as soon as possible upon arrival. The housekeepers Shu Fan and Xinxin have been sending messages before check-in, including the special courses on weekends (this week is the handmade cookie experience), the restaurant menu, and some other experience activities in the park (golf, cycling, etc.). The weather forecast and warm reminders were also sent in advance on the day of arrival. The overall maintenance of the hotel is not bad, and the room comfort is also very good. Before taking a bath, you can ask the hotel to help clean the bathing pool. The first milk bath is free. There are also Yaoyu medicine bags in the room. The water temperature in the afternoon is not as hot as in the evening. It is recommended to take a milk bath at night, and it is very sweet to fall asleep. The hotel will provide free welcome fruit, and the first round of mini-bar is also free. On the day of check-in, I tasted the hotel's hot pot meal for two. You can use the group purchase of Dianping. Two people are full. There are three bottles of beer in the set meal, which can also be replaced with carbonated drinks. The next day's breakfast, pancakes and wontons were good, and the hotel also made them by itself, not pre-prepared dishes. There was only one kind of fruit, and no yogurt (you can bring your own if you need it. There is a Guiyuan milk station 20 minutes away from the hotel. The milk and yogurt are good. You can buy them on the way, but they are a little expensive). The overall hotel experience is good. The night in Yanqing is full of stars that can be seen with the naked eye. Stargazing enthusiasts can bring their own equipment.

To put it simply, I stayed at the Mandarin Hotel for 7 days and 6 nights. The experience was very good and highly recommended. The room decoration is in the standard Mandarin style, which is very consistent with my aesthetic taste. Parking is also convenient and there is no need to worry about parking issues. Most importantly, the service response of the butler team led by Sandra and April is very fast. Whether it is ordering food or using the car, there is no need to wait too long. In addition, we stayed with two dogs this time, and they prepared snacks and toys for my babies, which was really heartwarming. The room also prepared straw hats for sun protection. The details were handled very well. I would like to thank these two staff members again for their care and service. The hotel spa is also very comfortable, and the masseuse has excellent techniques. Inside of the cabin was nice but the view was nothing like the pictures advertised: sure you can see some mountains but mostly other people's platforms and roofs. Bathtub was really nice It was a cute idea to have skylight but the cover was broken and the big sign was blocking the night sky view. Promised two meals but only got one and was told that we were only allowed two vegetables dishes. Food was really salty and room only provided one bottle of drinking water. Loads of stinky bugs out of nowhere, would just pop up on the bed or sitting area. Parking location and luggage transport was intersting. Staff helped with one suitcase and seemed to just forgot about the others in the cart so had to carry on our own. Promised projector was infuriating to use with a PC expecially as we planned something special to put on the projector

The room environment is very good, the service is especially considerate and thoughtful, and the stay is very comfortable. The surrounding Panlongshan Great Wall is also worth visiting, and it is a completely different experience from climbing the repaired Great Wall such as Badaling. This itinerary experience is particularly good, and I will go there often.

Location: Near Wendu Water City in Changping District, it is very convenient to drive or take a taxi. The hotel has parking spaces, which is very worry-free. Others: The hotel provides a small dessert and arranges activities such as Hanfu experience and photo taking. Overall, the experience is not bad. I will come again if I want to go on vacation after resting.

A pet-friendly hot spring private bath specially found. The room is fully equipped, clean, and the mattress is comfortable. Even the comb is custom-made of wood. When it is delivered, we are reminded that it is a little hot and drink it slowly. The butler group reminds us of various activities in the hotel at any time. During meal time, we made lacquer fans, which is very interesting. The butler helped to book the Chinese restaurant in the store. The dining experience at Yidan Private Kitchen is great. The dishes are quite large. The two-person set meal cannot be finished. The waiter said that it can be packed and stored in the refrigerator of the restaurant. A box of rice is also prepared. If you are hungry in the hot spring at night, the restaurant can heat it up and send it to the room. This service sounds heartwarming. The breakfast is also very good, with both Chinese and Western, clean and hygienic. There is a bonfire at night. Everyone listens to the handsome brother singing around the bonfire. The voice is really nice and magnetic, and the atmosphere is full. As for outdoor sports, it really exceeded expectations. It is very suitable for children to play. There are too many sports such as basketball, badminton, table tennis, cricket, football, trampoline, and ball. There is also a rest area on the lawn, which is perfect for relaxing. The hotel also provides a lot of Hanfu, and those who like to take pictures can take beautiful photos. This stay experience is great, very satisfied, and I will come again next time if I have the chance.
