The hotel offers complimentary self-service mineral water, beverages, snacks, and fruits at the front desk! They also have laundry service, where staff wash, dry, and deliver your clothes right to your room – super convenient!
Plus, there's a robot that delivers takeout to your room!
During breakfast, the manager personally served us in the dining area, even bringing us noodles. The attitude and service were excellent! It's rare to find a hotel with such thoughtful service. When we checked out, the front desk staff even offered us mineral water. A truly fantastic hotel!
The price of this hotel offers incredible value for money within Beijing's Fourth Ring Road! It's only a 30-minute subway ride to popular attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, and the National Museum.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel. The quality was way nicer than anywhere else i have stayed at for the same price. The room was beautiful and all the amenities like the shower and the toilet were absolutely amazing. They have heated toilet seats and a bidet!!! I was tempted to extended my stay in beijing before flying out to a different city just so I could stay here longer. The staff were also incredibly kinda and helpful and I enjoyed the location, the train station is walking distance and there are lots of food options nearby. 10/10 experience

Booked a single room and got a free upgrade to twin room, very big size beds and big TV. When walking towards block B, will pass by the two big size alpaca. Hotel provides free pick up from T2 and T3, for T3 is departure gate 10. It’s convenient to use Trip app free internet call to contact receptionist after you collect baggages, it takes around 15mins for vehicle to arrive. The hotel vehicle has hotel name on it and is easy to spot. h

This hotel boasts an excellent location in close proximity to both the subway and train station. The reception staff were notably professional, friendly, and accommodating, ensuring all our needs were met with efficiency. While the hotel is conveniently situated, guests should be aware that it is accessed via a narrow alleyway. Consequently, ride-share or taxi drivers may occasionally choose to drop passengers at the main road or the nearest intersection rather than the front entrance. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary coffee provided at reception, which added great value to our experience.

A perfect stay! We were thoroughly impressed by the exceptional courtesy and kindness of the staff, the quality of the hotel's services, and the convenient location. The thoughtful small gift at check-out was the cherry on top. We highly recommend this hotel and will definitely be back!

The hotel is far from the city center, so getting around the city is quite inconvenient. Even though it is close to a subway station, the ride takes a long time. There is a 7-Eleven within walking distance for buying necessities. The room is small but clean, with no cigarette smell (although some odor can come from other rooms). It is quiet. The bathroom has strong water pressure but lacks privacy, with only a thin curtain as a divider, which may feel awkward if staying with friends. The staff provide excellent service. The breakfast is delicious, and there are free snacks available at 10 p.m. Nearby the hotel is Taiyang Park, which had a snow festival when we visited—kids really enjoyed it.

The location is super convenient for getting around, especially for catching the flag-raising ceremony – everything's within walking distance. The AC in the room kept it nice and warm, and the voice-activated smart features were a great touch. It was also very clean. They even sent directions beforehand, which saved me from getting lost. Highly recommend staying here!

The room attendant cleaned promptly, and there was a dedicated person in the lobby to operate the elevators. The gym and pool staff were friendly and welcoming. The deluxe view room, facing due east and located on floors 25 and above, is part of the executive level, offering panoramic views of the East Third Ring Road. In the mornings, you can gaze at the 'fog city' (referring to Beijing's occasional haze), and at night, admire the iconic illuminated landmarks. The nearby multi-story PwC building, lit 24/7, evoked many similar memories for me. The pool facilities were also excellent – a truly worthwhile experience!

The only advantage of this hotel is its convenience – incredibly convenient! You can access the park directly from the lobby downstairs, and you get an hour early entry. The VIP service reception is also located downstairs. We paid to upgrade our room upon check-in and stayed in the Minions-themed room, which my child loved due to all the Minions elements. However, the room facilities were quite basic, and the toiletries were of very poor quality. As for service, the doormen were proactive, but the lobby staff were pretty average, a significant step down from Disney hotels. Still, if you're coming to Universal, I'd still recommend this hotel because it's just so close.

I was very satisfied with my choice of this hotel.
The hotel's location is excellent; it's convenient for getting anywhere. Dengshikou subway station is only 300 meters away. Wangfujing is a 10-minute walk, offering a wide selection of food and shopping. The Forbidden City is just over a 20-minute walk.
The hotel's heated pool, sauna, hot tub, and gym are all fantastic facilities. I stayed for four days and swam almost every day.
The staff cleaned our room very thoroughly every day, and knowing there were four of us, they provided enough bottled water for us to drink.
The Christmas decorations in the lobby were beautiful, and the children were very excited. Some young people specifically came to take photos, which I think is perfectly fine and didn't affect our stay. I support the hotel's approach, allowing more people to share in the joy.

MM259aiste****This hotel is absolutely fantastic! I was traveling with two elderly people in Beijing, and our days were packed. We'd usually get back after 8 or 9 PM. The hotel's service was incredibly attentive; they provided so many amenities, all individually wrapped, so there was no 'you use it, then I use it' situation. They even offered foot-soaking tubs, and delivery food could be brought right to our room, which was a huge relief. The front desk is staffed 24/7 and they even offer wake-up calls. Housekeeping cleans daily, and the snacks and drinks on the table are complimentary. I think the most comfortable aspect of this place is the service; the staff are neither overly enthusiastic nor overly cold—they're just right, making communication feel incredibly comfortable and stress-free. I'm not usually one to leave reviews, but this place is genuinely excellent!!! Right before my flight, I realized the yogurt I bought wasn't sealed! But I was about to head to the airport! I asked the front desk if I could buy a roll of cling film to seal it myself for checked luggage. The front desk attendant went to check for me and gave me a huge roll! 🥹 I absolutely love this place! Every word I've said is true, no exaggeration!

MM49987****Manager Tong's service was incredibly thoughtful. Before I even arrived, she called to explain the check-in process and asked for my estimated arrival time, ensuring the room was ready. I was able to check in two hours early, which was perfect for my child to take a nap. Plus, we got a free room upgrade! It was fantastic! When we checked in, we were also given a voucher for a complimentary dinner – two meat dishes and one vegetable, which was plenty for two adults and one child. We just added an extra dish for the baby. The breakfast selection was excellent, with a good mix of Western and Chinese, hot and cold options: wontons, noodles, various porridges, milk, soy milk, juice, freshly ground coffee, different breads, Chinese pastries, whole grains, salads, stir-fries… it really caters to all ages. What truly surprised me was that the restaurant even provided a takeout box for us to pack some bread for the kids to eat on the road – I've never encountered that before! 😂 The hotel is also perfectly located to watch the drone show; you just step outside and look up. Unfortunately, we didn't use the two complimentary hot spring tickets because it was too cold to take the child out. Picture 1 shows the Great Wall view from the hotel room.

HHannah Lauren Bond- The location is excellent. It is just round the corner from Gubei Water Town. A two minute walk to the entrance hall.
- The service was good. The staff added us on WeChat and were very quick to respond to messages and queries. One stand out moment for us was when our food was 2 hours late from a local restaurant. I was struggling to communicate with the restaurant because my Chinese is not very good. Staff reached out on our behalf and sorted the issue for us.
- Cleanliness was OK. The sheets on the bed felt lovely and clean, but the apartment was not spotless. The shower had some black mould, and the floor in the kitchen felt sticky.
- The apartment itself had some pros. My son absolutely loved all the toys and the slides. It made his experience very enjoyable.
- Plenty of towels, toiletries provided.
However
- The shower leaked constantly. Every time we used the shower the bathroom would become flooded - which was a slipping hazard for my son.
- The curtains are very thin. Every morning we were woken up to a bright light streaming through the windows. This meant that my son’s sleep was not great. We did contact the staff about this. They used sellotape to stick up some bedsheets on the windows, but this fell down within minutes! We appreciate the efforts though.
- We would have felt better if there was a stair gate. As this is an apartment aimed at families, a stair gate would be good for safety.
- Limited cutlery is provided. We were given some disposable chopsticks. However very few cooking utensils / no children’s cutlery. Bring your own if you want to cook. :)
- There was only once choice of breakfast - which was not to our personal taste. Would be good if 2 or three options were provided. There is a lovely bakery around the corner and we enjoyed buying our breakfast from there for the remainder of the trip.

2206162****This hotel is located within the Second Ring Road. The facilities are quite old now, so it would be better to book a deluxe room. The standard rooms are a bit dated and can have a slight odor. However, the surrounding transportation is very convenient, with a subway entrance right outside. There are several shopping malls across the street, making dining easy. It's also convenient for visiting tourist attractions.

LLaogandaixiaoganMy family and I have been visiting for nearly a decade now – my child was just a little girl when we first started coming here! Our experience earlier this year was particularly good. The rooms were pleasantly scented, clean, and tidy. The overall package, including the hot springs, swimming, fitness facilities, and buffet breakfast, offered excellent value for money. The hot spring experience this time was exceptionally good, with great attention to detail. It was evident that the hotel places great importance on the water quality and environment in the hot springs area. We're particularly grateful to Manager Wang Fang, who oversees the hot springs. Her service is consistently excellent each year, always warm and personally attentive. The breakfast, as always, was incredibly rich, offering a wide array of both Chinese and Western options. We hope the prices remain affordable during the winter peak season, especially for loyal, returning guests like us.
GGuest UserGubei Watertown Hotel is the best choice we ever made for Gubei trip! The hotel came with the package of spacious room overseeing Simatai Great Wall, unlimited entrance access to Watertown via face recognition, 1 afternoon tea at QingYe Inn (we were pleasantly surprised with the food that they served!), 1 Chinese tea 禅茶with cookies/ fruits n nuts in TongYuan pagoda. We stayed 3D2N in this lovely serene town during this freezy winter but we were paid off with no crowd and zen feel. Breakfast choice is superb based on the varieties that they prepared. Simatai Great Wall is just walking distance but we go with free shuttle service since we are the hotel guests. Simatai Great Wall ticket with 2 way cable car cost CNY220 for day trip. Simatai Great Wall also has night view with cable car cost CNY200 but if you are the hotel guest then special rate at CNY120. It is the only Great Wall that has night view n it is lovely n touching to see Gubei town at night from top of Great Wall. After night Great Wall, we went to sauna spa (voucher provided in hotel package 🥰) n the pool overlooking Great Wall, lovely isn’t it?
I want to specifically thank the hotel staff 冀英杰being super helpful to show us the room, recommended the best food, showing the way of work for Great Wall route n he was the one who highly recommend Great Wall night view and I truly appreciate it. He has also helped me to get the money changing since we are back to Beijing via bus, also helping us to keep the luggage after check out as we are walking around to wait for 5pm bus. Overall, I really felt happy to choose this hotel with full package which cost optimal with quality stay. What a memorable trip in Gubei!

11381004****This is our child's favorite hotel! Everything is excellent, and our butler, Luna, is the best. Every time we visit, she proactively reaches out to understand our needs, and the room is always perfectly prepared before we arrive. Any issues we have, Luna can fix. The two nannies at the kids' club are diligent, responsible, warm, and attentive. They take care of every little detail for the children in their care, allowing parents to enjoy their free time with peace of mind.
OOlga aka AmyI travelled together with my family on the first day of the year. A perfect location, favored for a couple of years. You never notice the amount of travelers and tourists here, it’s always quiet and pleasant experience! Perfect place to unwind and relax. We visited the park, the farm and the hot springs.
Hot springs outside are something! They look magical at night! Take into account there will be no one around you and you’ll get a brand new experience of soaking in steaming hot fragrant water under the stars…
Breakfast options are widely available for everyone, even a peaky eater.
Check-in and check-out procedures are easy, take little to no time. With registration in the hotel, one of the service members will give you their personal number, and they will be available for your call or request 24/7.
I wanted to say special thanks to Ms Little Housekeeper ( 小李管家). She helped me out a lot during the whole trip, and assisted with arranging flowers, food and my other special requests. Thank you , dear!
My favorite hot spring resort for nearly 3 years, thanks for keeping up ⬆️ with requests and your greatest service!

NNicoleg22I recently had the pleasure of staying here, and I can honestly say it was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had. Here are some of the reasons I truly loved staying here:
📱 Before our arrival, the hotel staff reached out via email, suggesting we connect on WeChat to ensure smooth communication throughout our stay.
🚗 We took the high-speed train to Miyun, and the hotel kindly provided a free pick-up service, as well as a return drop-off to the train station when we were leaving.
⛷️ Additionally, the staff arranged complimentary transportation to and from the ski resort, making our experience even more convenient and enjoyable.
Every interaction was genuinely pleasant, and they went above and beyond to ensure our stay was perfect! We can’t wait to return and will definitely be recommending it to anyone traveling to that area.

MM9527****This time, traveling with my child, I really have to give a huge shout-out to my dedicated butler, Emily! Her thoughtful service made our family trip incredibly delightful and memorable.
From the moment we checked in, Emily was incredibly considerate. She not only proactively showed us the kid-friendly areas in the hotel but also thoughtfully reminded us of the children's activity schedule. My child had an absolute blast at the hotel and kept saying they didn't want to leave every day. On our departure day, because we wanted to visit a nearby attraction with our child, we requested a late check-out. Emily, without hesitation, arranged it for us and even specifically told us not to rush and to enjoy our outing.
Having such a warm and reliable butler truly reduced much of the travel fatigue. My child and I have already decided that for our next trip, we'll choose this hotel again and ask for Emily to be our butler!
