Zur Gerichtslaube Review

During our days in Berlin, we chose this place to celebrate a little birthday dinner for my girlfriend. The outside was beautiful, simple but neat, with medieval design (can read the menu stories of this place), and not much table. It was beautiful inside, really beautiful is the ceiling. The food was good and rich, she had red cabbage barbecue, I had Berlin sausage, two different beers... it was very good beer... and apple pancakes, cream and ice cream... very good. It was a great dinner to celebrate this special day in Berlin!

The atmosphere was great. We were going there for my husband’s birthday on Friday but it was fully booked. We wanted to go there especially because there was a good wine list and there were lots of German wines (they made it themselves). But we were able to go in on Thursday night. It was a great experience with good service and friendly staff. The food was excellent especially white asparagus soup, fried liver and fried pork chops. The food was large in size so if your appetite didn’t match this, you might miss the appetizer. Highly recommended

Zur Gerichtslaube, the old restaurant in the city hall, the lights are relatively dim, it is like returning to the glory of the Austro-Hungarian Empire at that time, the steak is delicious.

There are very few dining tables inside the restaurant, most of them are outdoors. There are no rules for outdoor dining tables, but they are not messy at all. The outdoor air is very good, and the breeze is very comfortable and the service is very thoughtful. The pork chops taste great, because the pork has been marinated before, so the taste is very uniform. The fried is just right, the meat chops are tender and juicy, it is very chewy, and it will not feel greasy at all when eating.

Want to know how big, how exaggerated, how delicious the burger in Berlin is? Please be sure to come to this small shop and say it is small, it is really small, can't accommodate a few tables of people, the door is full of various stickers, very personal, and very easy to recognize.

It is charming old restaurant in Nikolai community (a few minutes walk from Alexandria Square) We had a special dinner in the upstairs room (downstairs is informal), the service was good, they offer many different language menus, they are friendly, pears stuffed with blue cheese, Fried (more like baking) and with salad and cranberry sauce, and the service attitude is really good, the price is also cheap, for people who travel here, it is a very good choice, give this store a thumbs up! I will go to this store next time I travel here.
