We feel at home and will explain each dish in detail👍 🦀 Crab cakes are highly recommended, all crab meat, the meat is particularly good👍 Beef tatar is really a must-order dish. It is not only beautiful, but also really delicious. The aseptic egg and pickles are mixed together, and there is also a lemon aroma. It is super delicious😋 The rib eye is three-rare, the degree of doneness is just right, and there is a strong smoky flavor, and the fragrance is very strong. Another amazing thing is the blueberry cheesecake. The blueberry flavor is very strong on the outside and not sour. The cheese inside tastes very good, very smooth and dense, and the sweetness is just right.

🛎️Service: The service is very good and professional. Water is added in a timely manner. Each dish will be introduced in detail. 🥧Porcini soup: It is very delicious, the porcini flavor is very strong and the aroma is very full. Beef tartare: Mixed with pickles, it tastes really good. 🦀Crab cake: All crab meat, very rich and fragrant. Ribeye steak: The meat is cooked to perfection and full of fragrance. 🍮Chocolate cake with a soft heart: Rich chocolate flavor, very smooth, a must for chocolate lovers. 🍮Blueberry cheesecake: The blueberries are big and not sour at all. The cheesecake inside is really smooth and the sweetness is just right.

Located on the third floor of Nghi Residence, it is remote and not easy to find. Lunch is a 4-course menu, but the appetizers are excellent! The overall food quality is high, especially the French steak. The price is not cheap, but it is worth trying. The staff service is excellent. If it maintains the standard, it has the opportunity to become another three-star restaurant in Macau.

The introduction of the aperitif was concise and orderly. There were many types of bread for the meal, and I chose soft bread with nuts. It was difficult to order for one person, so I was recommended a set meal. I forgot how much it cost, but it seemed to be less than 1,500 yuan including the service fee, which is cheap in a two-star Michelin hotel. The appetizers were basil fried tempura with foie gras and black truffle shreds; the appetizer was Scottish smoked salmon wrapped in watercress cream crust, served with beetroot sauce and crackers; Western French shrimp stewed with Virgin sauce, and colorful Provence cherry tomato slices on the cheesecake; sardine tempura with Provence tomato sauce, and the colorful tomato shreds in the middle were added with olives and green and red peppers; mature beef tenderloin from the south of France was served with beef bone and red wine soup, potatoes and potato dough; the dessert was almond soufflé, which was wrapped with fresh almonds and served with almond meat sorbet on the side.

The whole meal took three and a half hours, but each dish was very rich in flavor. I believe they were all unique, and the selection and combination of ingredients were creative and thoughtful. Located on the third floor of CROWN, just across the street from The Venetian, the environment is quiet and the service is good.
