LonelySpaceBooked a month in advance. As one of the three Michelin three-star restaurants in Macau, I had certain expectations before I went there. The environment and service were up to the standards of a Michelin three-star restaurant. However, the dishes did not taste as good as I had imagined. The fried oysters were a little fishy. The ice plum cherry tomatoes were refreshing. The jelly below was made with plum wine. The fruit wood barbecued pork platter was OK. I really did not taste the beef flavor when I took a bite of the wagyu crisps... (compared to the A5 wagyu I had before). The amaranth fish soup was OK. Overall, it was average. You can try it.

Macau City of Dreams - Michelin three-star "Yulongxuan" The price of tea is not as expensive as expected❗️❗️ Ordered his special tea - the tea fee is about 80.90/person Ordered his signature ⭐️⭐️ "Jade Jade Dragon Dumpling" 48/piece, it really looks like jade, the skin seems to be made of spinach juice + blue lobster stuffing, it is the best shrimp dumpling I have eaten recently. "Truffle Crab Powder Fruit" 48/piece, I personally think this tastes ordinary, you can try it together, it is light with the taste of truffle😅 ⭐️ "Vegetable Juice Abalone Shaomai" 58/piece, the skin is also made of spinach and a raw abalone is placed on it. This abalone is very chewy and makes the taste more fresh, it is a delicious dish ⭐️⭐️"One Bite Wagyu Pastry" 48/piece, the outer pastry is not greasy and the layers are also very delicate, with the black pepper beef fillet inside, you can feel the profound skills of dim sum👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻. ⭐️⭐️"Black Pork Barbecued Pork Pastry" 108/3 pieces, this pastry is invincible and delicious, it melts in the mouth without oil and has a dry and crispy feeling. When eating, it reminds you of the pastry of Wellington steak, but I personally think this Chinese pastry is more powerful🤣 ⭐️⭐️ "Three Colors Bula Rice Noodle Roll" (white rice sausage + grouper fillet + crispy shrimp roll + preserved vegetable black pork barbecued pork) 128 This must be ordered, it's delicious! The fish fillet is wrapped with crispy greens, and you can feel the freshness of the fish. The shrimp rolls are also filled with fresh shrimps. The barbecued pork has the heaviest flavor among the three, and it is just right to be placed in the third one. I will drool just thinking about this dish🤤🤤🤤 ⭐️⭐️"Black Truffle Roast Chicken Bun" 108/3 pieces, you will not be disappointed at all! This is also one of the must-order dishes. The outer layer is similar to the puff pastry. The truffle flavor is quite strong when you bite it open. With the roast chicken filling, you will feel full of pleasure. From lunch to afternoon tea, because there was a dessert at the end, it was full. This meal was not just about money, it was really worth it 😘😘😘 The lunch cost for two people was MOP 781, about NT$3000. For a Michelin three-star restaurant, the CP value is very high. After eating, I immediately recommended that friends who are going to Macau should try it 🤤🤤🤤 The service is good, but the waiter's tone makes you feel that you don't want to order a big dish, but just want to eat snacks, and you feel a little impatient... I hope I'm wrong, but the food is really delicious and worth visiting again. Reminder ⚠️ The restaurant only accepts reservations within 45 days. Friends who want to make a reservation can contact the restaurant by email!
On the basis of traditional Cantonese cuisine, the team led by Chef Ouyang cleverly combines ingredients from all over the world to make the most of the ingredients, and works tirelessly to develop new dishes. In addition to the lychee wood-fired flavor and seasonal nourishing stew, the seasonal dishes are also full of flavor, among which the spicy beef ribs are particularly outstanding.
I highly recommend the Spanish honey-glazed black pork barbecue. You must eat it while it's hot. The fat-to-lean ratio is unparalleled. The fat juice bursts in your mouth when you take a bite. The lean meat is so fragrant. You can't stop after the first piece. The second piece, the third piece... three pieces in one go. The cold dish of ice plum greenhouse cherry tomatoes is fresh tomatoes shipped by air and marinated in the store's honey. It is appetizing and refreshing... By the way, the dessert served after the meal is also beautiful. The last 10[%] service is the necessary foundation of tires. There is no ambiguity at all. The waiter greeted you with a smile and the chef personally explained any questions about the dishes during the meal. It's thoughtful. I will definitely try the dim sum at lunch when I have the chance in the future.
Yulongxuan's dim sum, yyds!! Yesterday, I ate the dim sum of Yuelongxuan, which has one Michelin star, and I felt it was very delicious, but Yulongxuan is worthy of being a Michelin three-star restaurant, the taste and quality are better, and the taste is impeccable. Woohoo, when I come to Macau again in May, I will eat there again! Picture 7 is the soft shell crab fried with seven-star pepper. I ate it on the 21st, and Fengyue ordered it again today. It's rare to see him keen on crabs. In the past, I was the first person to eat it~ Sharing delicious food, happy up~~
Meitou barbecued pork, half fat and half lean, super good taste. Huadiao egg white steamed grouper balls, fragrant and smooth. Jinsha prawn balls, crispy and tender prawns wrapped in fragrant salted egg yolk on the outside, crispy on the outside and tender on the inside. Sichuan-style Mongolian lamb rack, rich pepper flavor, spicy and delicious, I don’t like lamb but I ate several pieces. Crispy fish soup soaked vegetable seedlings, Dragon King apricot honey bird’s nest pudding, ginger stewed milk. A dessert and two ice creams were given. Matcha raw chocolate is amazing [strong][strong][strong] Due to the wedding anniversary, Yulongxuan specially invited the president of the Macau Calligraphy Association to write down the dinner and blessings for us tonight, which is particularly meaningful. You need to make a reservation in advance. When making a reservation, you can write down your situation, such as birthday, wedding anniversary, and the restaurant will give you a surprise.
The environment was fantastic! Because I had children with me, I could only use a private room, so unfortunately I couldn't see the main hall. We ordered plum tomatoes, suckling pig, roast goose and barbecued pork, fried oysters, soup, fish maw and goose feet, wagyu beef, crispy chicken, pea sprouts, and fried rice. The cherry tomatoes and suckling pig (a bit greasy if you eat too much) were both delicious. The roast goose was undoubtedly the best I've ever had, but I wasn't particularly fond of the barbecued pork. The oysters were incredibly tender inside, and the thin, crispy coating was also good, though it got greasy if you eat too much. The soup, fish maw, and wagyu beef weren't particularly outstanding. The chicken, pea sprouts, and fried rice that came later were too much for me to eat; I tried a few and wasn't impressed. The complimentary desserts were quite good, with the milk tea and dragon fruit ice cream cones being the most memorable. Unfortunately, there were Michelin-starred people filming that day, which slowed down the service, but the overall service was pleasant.
Yulongxuan is a very good Michelin two-star restaurant. I personally feel that it is very cost-effective. When you come to Macau, besides having fun, eating is indispensable. The business here is very popular and there are many people. I especially recommend the Jade Shrimp Dumplings here, which are really delicious.
