The service was commendable, with a wide selection of both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages available. I highly recommend Chiado for its exceptional dining experience that combines tradition with innovation. Chef Henrique Sá Pessoa's expertise shines through in every aspect, making this restaurant a must-visit destination for food enthusiasts.

Greek salad is their signature dish. There are many vegetables, fruits and cheese in a big bowl. It tastes very good. I especially like the pickles. I ordered a few cocktails, which looked beautiful too.

A very stylish restaurant, quiet, elegant and slow, with an unhurried pace, suitable for a leisurely meal. This should be my first time trying Portuguese food. It is not all meat as I imagined. There are octopus, cod, and lobster in the dishes, all of which are very unique flavors. The octopus in Figure 7 is paired with miso sauce. It is not the crispy texture of the octopus I usually eat in Xiamen, but soft and sticky, but it will not be bitten. Figure 8 is lobster cream soup. Break the yellow crispy layer on the top and mix the lobster meat on it into the cream soup below. It is delicious. Figure 9 is Portuguese cod mixed with egg yolk and onion puree, which is also an innovative way of making bacalhau, which is often said in Portuguese cuisine. It is very distinctive and can be eaten. And the bread before the meal is also very delicious. In short, it is a good place to experience Portuguese food. As a tourist, I recommend navigation.

Coinciding with the 20th anniversary of Macau's return to China and the Double Holidays, I checked in Macau again. If you stay at the Venetian Macao, you can check in at this Chiado Portuguese restaurant, which is also located in Sands City! Address: No. 2206, 2nd Floor, Sands City Center, Macau, Cotai Strip, Link Road, Macau Grilled octopus with chili almond miso sauce and tender asparagus. As an appetizer, the presentation is quite surprising. The octopus tastes completely different from what we usually eat. It is a bit soft and sticky, and the tender asparagus is refreshing! Lobster cream soup with cornbread and coriander mousse. The lobster meat is peeled and mixed in the cream soup, and the coriander mousse is used to remove the fishy smell! Portuguese cod with slow-cooked egg yolk and onion puree. The presentation is very consistent with the atmosphere of the restaurant. (People with intensive phobia may be a little worried) The cod is slow-cooked. Remember to stir the egg yolk before eating. The taste is super unique! Confit suckling pig with turnip puree, pickled onion and black pepper sauce. This confit suckling pig is a must-try for carnivores. The skin is super crispy, and the suckling pig is also slow-cooked at low temperature to retain the original aroma of the meat! Chocolate bomb with salted caramel hazelnut ice cream, a must-order dessert, a little sweet, but girls really love it! The chocolate ball should be rolled in the dipping sauce first~ Haiyun citrus, grapefruit sorbet with frosted seaweed, in comparison, this is very refreshing, slightly sour and particularly stimulating to the taste buds, and the grapefruit aroma is also very strong! Cocktail recommendation: Macau Capital, Chiado special cocktails, all have stories~ The alcohol content is not high, just a little tipsy! The whole environment is also full of Portuguese style, very elegant!

Located on the second floor of the Sands Center, the location is perfect! The taste and value for money are also very good. I am not very familiar with Portuguese cuisine, but I can tell the chef's dedication just by the presentation and taste. The portion size is just right, 2 appetizers + 2 main courses for two people and a dessert to share, very filling!

Traditional Portuguese style, authentic Portuguese food, the buns are a bit hard on the surface, but soft inside, with butter, the taste is rich, the pan-fried foie gras melts in the mouth, with apples and oatmeal as the base, with lemon juice foam, it doesn't taste greasy, the seared tuna slices are very beautiful, cooked just right, the codfish is not like the usual one, this is an innovative version, mixed with eggs, rich taste, quite impressive, the desserts are very fairy, the sweetness is just right, the service is very good, I look forward to visiting next time.
