Right on the Miao Village Ancient Street, I came in after walking tired and wanted to eat rice noodles. The boss was very welcoming and the rice noodles tasted great. It is a small wooden building with a large space and many customers. I ordered the signature sour soup fish. The soup base is very sour and refreshing. The rice field fish has no earthy smell and not too many bones. The bamboo shoots fried with bacon are very delicious. The bamboo shoots are tender and the rice wine is very strong.
