银沐helenMaximilien Restaurant is at 81 Pike St. This is a very famous French restaurant in the United States. It is very popular. When we arrived at the appointment time, the waiter was cleaning the table of the guests who had just left. We waited for a while on the long sofa at the door, which was shrouded in a red halo. This romantic and charming Maximilien restaurant, which opened in 1997, is located in the Pike Market in downtown Seattle. Sitting in Maximilien Restaurant, you can see the panoramic view of Puget Sound through the huge floor-to-ceiling windows of the restaurant, a huge Ferris wheel, and a beautiful scenery! The food in his restaurant should be a perfect fusion of the skills of French chefs and local ingredients. They will launch each season's menu according to seasonal changes. Our seafood is very fresh. The herring caught on the spot that day was recommended by the chef. It was really good.
