I have stayed with the Selegend Hotel Thai Binh for many times. It is never a disappointment. The massage on the top (R?) floor was excellent. You cannot find a better hotel in Thai Binh, Vietnam for the price, nothing even close is possible. It is the ONLY sensible choice of hotel for business stays in Thai Binh.

Ctrip is also really awesome. I ordered it 3 hours before check-in, and the order was confirmed quickly. This hotel in Taiping city area should be the best, because there is no other one on the Internet. The room was enlarged, and the front desk who checked in also spoke good Chinese. The facilities are very complete, the breakfast is also very rich, and the price/performance ratio is very good. The only downside is that the room on the side of the road is very noisy, dogs barking, and constant KTV music.
