Hotels With Swimming Pools in Ha Tinh Province, Vietnam

1. The room is clean and tidy, the bed is large, soft and comfortable, and the hotel facilities are very new; 2. The hotel is located in the city center, so it is very convenient to travel. The hotel will help the car to wait outside the door. There is a supermarket behind the hotel, which is full of everything. 3. The swimming pool is very large, with normal temperature water outdoors and warm water indoors; you can swim regardless of the weather. There is a gym on the 6th floor with complete fitness equipment. Come back morning and evening to exercise. 4. There is a rooftop bar on the top floor of the hotel. Meet a few friends, order a few drinks, and enjoy the night view of the city. Let yourself relax slowly. 5. The staff is attentive and provides detailed answers; Especially recommended for Vietnam travel, the best value for money hotel.

I had a trip last week at Muong Thanh Ha Tinh with my co-workers for 3 days. I have to say every staffs here so friendly and nice with us. First of all, this hotel is very big, equipment is quiet good and the atmosphere outside quite clearly for breathing. Next month, I will comeback Ky Anh, i definitely choose Muong Thanh for best place to stay.

I decided to book my family into the Eagle for three nights ( I lived in Ha Tinh for two years and they were visiting to see the city). We were staying in a nice room. The hotel design is nice and the room is comfortable but that’s about where my happiness ends. First there was no assistance with bags during the whole visit. The door staff ignored our presence besides occasional bowing. Second, there blood on the floor of the shower when we arrived and this was never cleaned by room service. The staff English level is not good enough to communicate well. Third, there were no spoons provided in the room to make tea and it was very hard to get them after two phone calls and a trip down to the front desk. Further issues: There were no razors in the razor boxes and the room service menu in the room had only a limited selection (half of which was also unavailable). To get room service we had to go to reception and ask for the menu and order there which is kind of besides the point. Took two calls to get the WiFi password as it wasn’t written down anywhere. One of the robes provided in the room also had a massive hole in it. Arriving back at the room late and the lights in the corridors were off and it was completely dark. And finally the biggest issue we had during our stay, the catering. The breakfast menu had 4 items on it (one of which was eggs on their own). No continental option. No juice or teabags available with breakfast. No plain milk for coffee. No lemon tea as stated. No saucers for coffee cups. Second and third days we didn’t receive yoghurt or fruit either. Found fruit ourselves and had to help ourselves. Overall, I spent the majority of my stay wishing I had just booked us into Vinpearl instead as I have never had a bad experience there. I have never wanted to complain or check out early as badly as I have here. Very disappointed.

My stay at Melia Vinpearl Cua Sot was exceptional. The staff were warm, welcoming, and always attentive to our needs. The cuisine was outstanding, with a wide range of flavorful dishes that left a lasting impression. The front desk team was highly professional, ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out process. The combination of excellent service and a cozy atmosphere made our visit truly unforgettable.

A short but very nice stay! Room is very good, great view, quiet. Connection is short distance from Vinh Airport. The beach is less people than in Cua Lo, so uou will have more privacy. The lady called Xoan from customer care is so friendly and asked me to full fill this review. I would like to come back asap.

I stayed at the hotel with my wife and we were both satisfied with the service as well as the quality of service, dedication and hospitality brought by the hotel staff. I especially thank the Security Director and your team for the excellent services and support they have provided me. I accidentally parked the car under the balcony on a rainy day and the cement water flowed from above and down, causing my car glass door to be dim, which could cause a dangerous driving. I informed this to the front desk staff who reported the hotel staff. N***then Mr. Sinh contacted me to deal with, with experience and professionalism, Mr. Sinh made my car back clean, with transparent glass making my return trip more safe. Thank you very much for this. I also would like to thank the reception team and restaurant staff, for providing excellent service and making me feel at home. My wife and I were very impressed with the hotel staff who brought fruits for my wife to the room to welcome the Vietnamese Women's Day (20/10). This is the deep concern of the Hotel for customers, during this occasion, it brings to my wife and I. That's why our stay becomes enjoyable. Moreover, the food at the hotel was so delicious that me and I really enjoyed from breakfast to dinner. If I have to pick which one I like the best, I will choose bread and salad, which we can eat full without getting bored. Thank you chef, and his group.
