From the moment i step into the elegant lobby, ive been greeted with warm hospitality and impeccable service. The hotel's luxurious accommodations boast modern amenities and comfortable furnishings, ensuring a restful stay after exploring the nearby Angkor temples. One of the highlights of the hotel is its lush tropical garden and inviting swimming pool, perfect for unwinding under the Cambodian sun. The on-site restaurants serve up a delectable array of Khmer and international cuisine, satisfying even the most discerning palates. Another thing is its proximity to nearby establishments like j7 angkor, made in cambodia market and the pub, plus convenience store/local supermarket and ATM are just walking distance from the hotel.

Booked this hotel only for two nights 6-8 Jan. My past experience during my earlier travels in some cases was bad in the sense the hotel description and photographs were not factual. I reached the Angkor land Urban Botuque on 6 Jan afternoon to check in. First look at the Hotel building told me I have made the right choice. The most happening place in Siem Reap the Pub Street was about a km away. The hotel surrounding were very clean with a wide road in front and a big parking space in front. As soon as I entered the huge lobby with teak wood interiors I was greeted by the the hotel staff team. Check in took just a couple of minutes. Meanwhile the Manager of the hotel Mr. Eng Sona came and met me too which was a nice feeling. He said he is giving me a very good room on the fourth floor and if I did not mind he would shift me to a still better room the very next day which was then occupied. The room was very big and very comfortable. Had all the amenities. The next day the Manager showed me the other room on the third floor. I agreed to shift. This room too was large, the bathroom had a bath tub and in addition a separate glass bath enclosure too. It had a balcony too overlooking the swimming pool. The pool was excellent. Breakfast menu was also very good. The hotel arranged my tours too. Tuk Tuk and the motorcycle buggy called the Remork was always available just outside the hotel.. After this most wonderful experience in the first two days I extended my stay further for the remaining days too from 8- 11 Jan 24. The Manager Mr.Sona met me regularly to enquire if I was comfortable and whether I needed anything. His team of young boys and girls too were very responsive and greeted the guests everytime. I did not find any flaw or anything to complain about during my entire stay. I had the the most memorable experience in Angkor Land Urban Boutique thanks to Mr. Sona the Manager and his team.

We stayed in this Hotel for 2 nights during February 2023. It is well located in Siem Reap town, close to the main restaurants, supermarkets and atractions of the city center. The hotel is clean and all the staff is composed by nice people. The pool area is great. We did not select the breakfast option. The room we stayed in was right next to the pool. One note is that the room door is made of glass (which can be locked of course), it is not a regular wooden door. Plus, theshower does not have a curtain, so the bathroom got a lot of water on the floor when we showered.

The room are clean and comfortable, very friendly staff and no noisier make my stay so great 👍

A cozy hotel with amazing services. All (you need) in one (stay). My family just visit this hotel during the Khmer new year. The DJ & bar make sure all the vibes you could have to celebrate the new year, while the friendliness and hospitality are served thoughtfully with huge smiles. The food is surprisingly delicious. Yet, as a family group over 15 people, the cost is more than a good deal. Special thanks to the pink hat handsome boy who took our orders, the big-smile BBQ man, the generous madam (GM?), and all adorable staffs. Last but not the least, great thanks to Mr. POV who recommande and share this heavenly hotel to my family.

Loved this hotel so much. The pool was wonderful to chill and relax and drink. The reception made my stay great and helped us organise the best Floating village tour. The bed was comfy and the bathroom was clean. Good room with cool AC. We can book the bus ticket to some where around Cambodia as well. We are thankful and can't wait for recommend this hotel.

Breakfast is basic, but we stayed at 3 hotels in siem reap and this had the best breakfast. The hotel is in excellent shape. The air conditioning is very strong. The rooms are very clean. The hotel's location is near everything. What I'd really like to tell you is that the food is very good and the staff delivers excellent customer service. The breakfast menu includes a soup station, omelets from an egg station, local tastes, lots of fresh fruit, and bread you will love. The hotel restaurant features a ”Happy Hour” and very good pizza and cheeseburgers. Oh, and take it from someone with a great deal of experience with hotels-the staff is very young but they are smart, very enthusiastic, and they deliver outstanding customer service. They speak English very well. It starts at the front desk. They are really on the ball. They can answer any questions about the local town. The concierge staff also does an excellent job. It doesn't stop there. The housekeepers work very hard and show pride in their work as do all of the food service staff. You'll love this hotel. It's the service that makes the difference.

We been there last week. We got the room exactly on the ground floor because this is the last room available on that day. We had an early flight so we arrived the hotel early. First, we thought we only drop our luggage first at the hotel and then we started our tour. We asked the receptionist who on duty in the morning, it would be good if we can check in early ? But if not possible, it’s also ok. She said we can check in early no problem and we don’t have to pay for the early check in. We were really happy. She’s very kind and warm welcome to us. The room is large so we have enough space. The aircon is cooling enough for us too. But we have only one toilet roll in the room. The room is smelling good , nothing disturbing us. But we got a noise from outside in the morning. We would like to sleep in in the morning but the conversation from the people outside the room was loud and we got a free wake up service. I think the room no soundproof. When we booked we saw we get breakfast included the booking. We stayed there two nights and never get a breakfast. First day check in , we asked the receptionist man who had duty at night time on Saturday night, he said no we don’t have breakfast including but after we showed him the booking we had by email , he said yes we have and the breakfast will start at this time to this time. The next day, we asked for the breakfast, the reception man ( a new face again) , he said sorry the chef is not coming today so we don’t have breakfast. He’s friendly and polite but can’t the hotel find any solutions? Just lets the staff say apologise to every client like that ? If we don’t get food , no matter they can offer us something like coffee or juice besides nothing to offer only apologies. The next second day, also the same we didn’t any breakfast. The hotel location is good, not far from the pub street and above 18mn by motorcycle to the temple. The room: big enough, clean enough, but the pillow case were old . So better replace a new one . Soundproof: not good, you can hear everything from outside when the people talk or the housekeeping cleaning outside. But only in the morning or early morning. The staff: they are friendly, welcome, polite, helpful and always smile. Only big complaints for me about the breakfast. If in the booking say including should be included. If the chef can’t come , ask for the another chef or provide something else instead of nothing.

Cooler is made in Japan Important in Cambodia Staff who can respond in Japanese are all around, so students can remove intercultural anxiety. It is very important that people who meet on a trip 々 can speak Japanese. There are convenience stores and laundry １ KG －１ dollars nearby, and there are many delicious and quiet restaurants. It's about ２ dollars easier than the center. １ Food ２－５ USD. The room is large and if you want to change the towel, you can go pick it up by yourself, and you can go pick it up by yourself, although you have water, but you can go to pick it up by yourself. In addition, I was surprised that the water in the pool was clean with coffee and service water. Network ８０ M is included, so you can work. The size and cleanliness of the room are perfect. A kind inn in an area where Japanese people are easy to live. I've stayed at about twice as much as ５ at this hotel so far, but I wonder how many steps that were. I was quite tired of the hotel where I spent time communicating in English with care. There are desk chairs in the garden, so you can relax.

This is a walk-on-go trip, and this Mane Harihalaya is the most wonderful part of this trip! First of all, the smile in the lobby is the friendly smile. The welcome is a cold and cool flavored drink and fresh fruit plate. You can have an extra bed according to your needs. The service is very good. The pool is clean and comfortable. In addition to swimming, Mochi, very very clean! In addition, it is worth a great deal of food in the hotel restaurant. It is simply color and smell to the point of breaking the table. This hotel was such a cool unique experience to stay at. The rooms are very luxurious tents that feel like a hotel room on safari. (Don’t be intimidated— a few of my friends joining our party aren’t big fans of the outdoors and even they agreed it was a highlight of our vacation.) The tents have every amenity of a four star room. There is a charming elephant and 3 water buffalo that comes to greet guests every morning at breakfast. You can pet it and take pictures for free. The spa and infinity pool sits up in the treetops and you can see for miles over the jungle. The food and cocktails at the hotel were delicious. I recommend the frozen coconut rum special! The staff were friendly and completely accommodating. When I visit Ankor Wat again Im absolutely coming back to this hotel. Worth the money. *Definitely book the airport pick-up service with the hotel. The driver was so helpful getting us back and forth.
