Miyazaki Daiichi Hotel
4.2/566 Reviews
The hotel is clean and tidy, and there are free drink machines. There are also meals in the hot spring area in the evening, so travelers can eat and drink without going out. I really recommend this hotel.
Aoshima Grand Hotel
3.8/540 Reviews
The hotel location is great, it is right across from a plaza with restaurants and you can just park at the hotel and walk to the attraction (e.g. Aoshima Shrine, Devil's Washboard) for around 10-15 mins as you cannot drive into the attraction and you have to pay a fee to park close by which makes this hotel very convenient. The hotel has 2 onsens, one at the rooftop where you have to shower outside but the view is nice, one in the basement where it looks kind of old. The overall facilities are old like the other reviewers said, but it is very common with the style like this in Japan. Our room is Japanese & Western style with 2 beds, the room is kind of big to fit 2-4 pax. Staff was friendly and they will try their best to speak English. We enjoyed our stay.
Airline Hotel
4.1/5116 Reviews
This hotel is 1 km away from Miyazaki Station, which is very convenient if you don't have luggage. The room is a standard Japanese business hotel, small and compact. However, it is very convenient to shop and eat nearby.
Hotel Grateful Takachiho
4.1/595 Reviews
The location is convenient. It’s just 5-10 minute taxi ride to Takachiho gorge, 9-minute walk to Amaterasu railway and 12 minutes on foot to Takachiho bus center. The room is big enough, clean and comfortable. The food’s delicious! You must try their chicken nanban and deer meat. Above all, they have the nicest, most accommodating, and approachable hotel staff. I highly recommend staying at hotel grateful Takachiho. Grateful for the best hotel stay. Again, the staff are amazing!
Holiday Inn Resort Miyazaki
4.2/598 Reviews
It's about 20-30min drive into Miyazaki town but thats not the main reason why you'd choose this Hotel. It's right by the Sea with so much activities that it's one of the places we wished we stayed an extra day. The Hotel is massive and due to the design, it looks like each room will have a good-excellent sea view. Come in the Summer and enjoy the activities and the surrounding areas.
Aoshima Cinqmale
4.7/512 Reviews
Great view for the sea view room. Private onsen not very convenient if us a raining day cause need to walk out if the building. As we came back late a bit late and most local restaurant need to book in advance. The hotel is kind to help us to reserve a table for us. The restaurant actually was full but the room was big enough to share a table with the local.
Art Hotel Miyazaki Sky Tower
4.3/5178 Reviews
The hotel is very close to JR Miyazaki and it takes about 8 minutes of walk to get there, so it is really convenient. The room is really big, and this is unlike most hotels in Japan in the city center. The only criticism is that there is no hot water in the showers. The waters are lukewarm at best, and hot water is really important in the winter.
Nobeoka Urban Hotel
3.9/59 Reviews
The response from the front desk was very good. I also wanted to repeat it.
Dormy Inn Miyazaki Natural Hot Spring
4.4/562 Reviews
The triple rooms are spacious, and the hot spring facilities provide free lactic acid drinks or ice cream. The staff was very polite and I regretted staying only one night. There are many restaurants and snack bars near the hotel
JR Kyushu Hotel Miyazaki
4.6/5134 Reviews
The room is very big. I was given a room at the back at first. I didn't like going to the front desk to change it. The clerk was very friendly and changed the room immediately. The room is very large. There are free facial masks and bubble baths at the front desk. The bathtub is deep and comfortable. There are also toy decorations of various star trains at the front desk, which are very attractive to children. The hotel is next to the JR station, which is very convenient and cost-effective. The storage box is self-service, simple and convenient.
