True to the Radisson Hotel Group's reputation, this hotel consistently delivers excellent facilities and top-notch service. It's incredibly close to Daxing Airport, and they offer a complimentary shuttle service every half hour. The breakfast spread is extensive, and a staff member even brought supper to me after my late-night flight. I truly commend every hotel employee for their warm and enthusiastic service.

Outstanding Hospitality and Great Perks at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel! We had a remarkably comfortable and enjoyable stay at Sunworld Dynasty Hotel Wangfujing Beijing. The location is incredibly convenient, just a short walk to the center of Wangfujing, and the hotel itself has great shops inside. Don't judge the property by its exterior—the interior is beautiful and welcoming. Our room was clean, well-equipped, and well-maintained, though we did notice the basin is leaking. We loved the thoughtful extra touches, including Crabtree & Evelyn toiletries, umbrella, torch, and complimentary beverages. The complimentary daily tea break, dinner, and the wide variety of international breakfast items were also fantastic. What truly made our stay special was the outstanding service. The concierge team is highly approachable and helpful. A massive thank you to Dylan, Jack, and Clark for their exceptional assistance, and especially to Dylan for the lovely souvenirs! We also highly appreciate Lily and Laina from the executive lounge for being so understanding, accommodating, and kind with our arrangements. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience. We have zero regrets and will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Beijing!

Staying at this hotel during my trip instantly melted away the exhaustion from traveling. The hotel environment is cozy and elegant, the room is clean and bright, and the bed is soft and warm. The staff are gentle and polite, paying attention to every detail. The location is excellent, making it very convenient for getting around and sightseeing, yet it's quiet and not noisy, so I had a wonderful night's sleep. It offers great value for money and was a rare and comfortable stopover on my journey. I'll definitely come back on my next trip!

For my trip to Beijing, I specifically chose Beiping Courtyard and stayed in a tatami room. The overall experience exceeded my expectations and was incredibly heartwarming. The courtyard is tucked away in a hutong, offering a quiet escape from the bustling city, exuding the charm of old Beijing. I was lucky to visit in May when the roses were in bloom, which really enhanced the atmosphere. The room was clean and cozy, and the tatami provided a relaxing and comfortable stay. The facilities were complete, and the attention to detail was impressive. The staff were all very friendly and easygoing, providing thoughtful yet unobtrusive service, making me feel as comfortable as if I were staying at a friend's house. The food at the hotel was authentic and delicious, made with quality ingredients. The overall slow pace was very therapeutic, and I had a wonderfully comfortable stay. I'll definitely come back next time I'm in Beijing!

For our stay in Beijing we did choose the Le Joy Hotel and it was a key ingredient to make the trip fantastic. The Hotel is perfectly located to visit Beijing's most important attractions. The nearby Xidan station gives access to lines 1 and 4, providing an easy way to reach Tien'anmen, the Forbidden City, the Temple of Heaven, the Summer Palace as well as walking street areas such as as TQuianmen, Dashilan, Wangfujing and Shishahai. Our room was spacious, perfectly clean and comfortable. We often have problems with hotel beds but not in this case and at the end of our daily long walks we enjoyed a very good rest. The restaurant offers an outstanding breakfast with a large buffet with a variety of food and drinks, all of excellent quality. Last but not least, the personnel was very friendly and helpful, supporting us in bookings and providing us with information. In particular Xuanxuan/Candice supported us also through WeChat all along our stay. I strongly recommend Le Joy Hotel for a trip to Beijing!

The hotel lobby boasts an exquisite design, and there's a greeter at the entrance 24/7. The rooms are designed like apartments, and the loft style is a hit with kids. The hotel pool is a standout feature; the retractable roof opens up around May 1st, which always brings in more guests.

I have to give a huge shout-out to the hotel's recreational facilities! Especially the indoor pool with its tropical rainforest vibe – it's so avant-garde and dreamy, and the water is crystal clear. It truly makes you feel like you've been transported to a resort paradise. The gym and other wellness facilities are also professional and well-equipped. Here, you don't just get top-notch accommodation; you also achieve complete relaxation for your mind and body. And Chris's enthusiastic service made the entire vacation experience even more perfect.

The facilities are old and lacking. However, the front desk service was good, especially the staff working on April 12th and 13th. The breakfast was quite mediocre. The female server in the blue uniform on the morning of April 13th, who was asking for room numbers, had a very poor attitude. She couldn't hear clearly and then started yelling at guests with an emotional tone, refusing to move an inch to approach the guests. All the restaurant staff seemed indifferent to the guests. I don't recommend enduring such a frustrating breakfast experience.

Folks!! This hotel is truly worth me writing a novel-length review for 😭✨ I just stayed at the Grand Lapa Macau and, as a hotel enthusiast, I was absolutely blown away! From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I felt like I'd been transported into a European palace film 🎬 Crystal chandeliers + marble spiral staircase + vintage murals – every casual snap turns into an Instagram-worthy masterpiece 📸 My朋友圈 (friends circle) is already exploding with everyone asking, ”Which amazing hotel is this?!” The room is even more incredible!! The bed is so soft it feels like sleeping on clouds ☁️ The bathtub is huge, and you can enjoy Macau's night view while soaking 🌃 The mini-bar is completely FREE!! Drink and snack to your heart's content – my budget-conscious self is thrilled! 🥳 The service details are legendary! The front desk guy was super gentle, proactively helping with luggage and bringing welcome fruits 🍇 The room was sparkling clean every day, and they even neatly arranged my skincare products – a true delight for my OCD! The location is also a huge plus! It’s a 5-minute walk to Fisherman's Wharf and 10 minutes to Sands, making shopping and dining incredibly convenient. Strolling downstairs at the hotel in the evening, with the sea breeze and the lights, was so romantic it made me want to get married on the spot! 💍 Cons:

The room's cleanliness was quite good, which is the main reason for the positive rating on hygiene. Facing the back garden with sealed windows, the room was relatively quiet. The breakfast buffet offered a wide variety of options—Chinese, Western, and Japanese—but the taste was really disappointing; none of it was good. It’s my first time not feeling full after a hotel buffet. The poor quality of the food is why I gave a low score for the facilities.

GGuest UserThis was my first stay at the Grand Millennium Beijing, and it exceeded my expectations by far. It wasn't overly crowded, so it felt very peaceful and quiet. The swimming pool is a major highlight, integrated seamlessly with the gym on a different floor, creating a spacious, high-ceilinged area with a Southeast Asian vibe. I encountered many Hong Kongers there, from business travelers in the elevator to an elderly couple in the executive lounge; they were all very humble and friendly. The surrounding area boasts a wide variety of restaurants, and the Fortune Plaza Mall is practically a canteen for Beijing's white-collar workers. The night view is also top-notch, with the CCTV Headquarters lit up beautifully. A pleasant surprise was bumping into a celebrity while working out – the 'rooster among roosters,' haha. The Grand Millennium is fantastic, giving me every reason to return. The male manager who handled my check-in was very gracious, and the service was just perfect.

RRudyMadrigalI’m truly grateful for this specific service apartment—it has been absolutely ideal for my stay in Beijing. It fits my needs perfectly, and I feel safe and at ease staying here. Due to my severe allergies, I could not stay in a standard hotel. Outside food holds too many hidden risks, filled with unknown plants and herbs that trigger my reactions. Cooking for myself is the only way I can stay healthy. I recently tried breakfast here and accidentally ate Chinese cured bacon, mistaking it for regular bacon. It was smoked with local vegetation I’m allergic to, which immediately caused an allergic response. This experience showed me how vital this service apartment truly is. Having a full kitchen lets me control every ingredient I eat. In an unfamiliar city where so many foods carry hidden allergens, this apartment gives me the safety and stability I desperately need.

KKaixinguofeimeiI booked this hotel for my Mexican clients who were traveling in China. They absolutely loved it and said it's a hotel they'd choose again if they came back to China. AAnonymous UserThis was the best hotel I have probably ever stayed in!! Everything was super amazing! I was here with my cousin for the weekend to visit Universal Studios. It was super convenient and close to the park. Most hotels I’ve been to, the air is quite dry and dusty and it gets my allergies going, but it was super clean. I also requested a non-smoking room and so it smelled very fresh in the room. The shower and bath were very relaxing, the soaps and shampoos provided smelled really nice too! They had lots of amenities in the room from toothbrushes, nespresso coffee, bath salts, a soft bathrobe, slippers and even a shoe horn to slip on your shoes! The room was very spacious and we were lucky to get a view of the park! The breakfast was also amazing! There were lots of food items to chose from! They had both traditional Chinese breakfast and English style breakfast items. I loved the pastries and salad bar! They also had fresh made juices that were very nice to drink in the morning, I loved the watermelon pear juice! There was also a central station where you could ask the chefs to cook noodles or your choice of eggs. Overall super satisfied!! The hotel service is definitely top tier. The staff were all incredibly friendly and kind. We weren’t sure on the first morning how to use the latte machine and the staff immediately helped us and brought it to our table. There was even a free shuttle to and from Universal studios, however they do pickup and leave the park a bit early, I believe around 8:40pm. I’m assuming it’s to avoid the traffic jam after the park closes. We ended up calling a cab both times because we were enjoying the breakfast too much! Even when we checked out of the hotel, the staff outside still helped us into our cab to the train station. The only real con I would say is that it was a bit hard to exit the parking area due to there being two weddings happening that weekend. Our cab drivers weren’t sure where to exit out from, but it wasn’t super hard to get out.  Overall, this was a great stay and I would definitely come back! I’ve already recommended this place to a few others! Thank you so much for a wonderful experience!!  非常感谢您的盛情宽带!!

GGuest UserThe Executive Lounge on the 17th floor offers a fantastic view of the Forbidden City. Usually open from 6:30 AM to 10 PM, it's the perfect spot to take in the Forbidden City, including sunrises, sunsets, and its nighttime splendor. The hotel service is excellent, with staff proactively greeting guests and bellhops readily assisting with luggage. The ladies at the Executive Lounge were also super helpful, even offering tips for taking great photos of the Forbidden City. The hotel is conveniently located right on Wangfujing Street, directly opposite the Capital Theater. It's incredibly easy to go shopping and dining. After the pandemic, some sections of Wangfujing Street were converted into a pedestrian-only zone, making it truly China's premier 'Golden Street,' bustling with delicious food, fun activities, and a lively atmosphere. In the evenings, Wangfujing transforms into a talent show stage, with people singing and dancing everywhere. It's a vibrant area that still retains a strong sense of local charm. The hotel is just a few minutes' walk from the National Art Museum subway station, making it very convenient to access Beijing's core attractions like Tiananmen Square, the Forbidden City, Qianmen, Temple of Heaven, Jingshan Park, Shichahai, and Nanluoguxiang. There's also a designated parking spot for shared bikes right outside the hotel.

YYongyuanzaijianfeidexiaochihuoTraveling to Beijing with my kids for a concert, after much deliberation, I still chose the Mandarin Oriental, a hotel I've always loved! Their consistently thoughtful service and excellent food proved my decision was spot on, haha~ The location of Mandarin Oriental Wangfujing is unbeatable; it's very close to Tiananmen Square and the Forbidden City, with plenty of shopping malls and great dining options nearby. The large terrace on the 5th floor offers stunning views, and this time I even managed to capture the Forbidden City at sunset~ The semi-buffet breakfast with a la carte options is very convenient, and all the pastries are handmade daily, which my kids thoroughly enjoyed~ Many thanks to Rosie from Guest Relations, as well as Aimyon and Stena, who made my four-night stay truly delightful!

Near subway and taxi is easily accessible too. Air con temp is adjustable which is important during summer. All the staffs are very helpful and thoughtful. Special thanks to Cindy Gao who gave a cute teddy bear for my son. Would definitely recommend Wanda Vista Hotel to my friends.

GGuest UserThe Overseas Chinese Hotel, once one of Beijing's 'Top Ten Buildings,' underwent a renovation in 2021 and has been completely transformed. It's now elegant and sophisticated, with numerous artworks displayed in the lobby and public areas. I stayed here last year and was very impressed, so I chose to return for an exhibition at the art museum this time. The front desk staff were incredibly attentive, meeting my needs by upgrading my room and even offering a gift. From the moment I checked in, I felt a warm welcome. The heated pool isn't huge, but it's clean and uncrowded, making for a very pleasant swim. The hotel's location was also convenient for getting to Workers' Stadium for a game in the evening. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

PpstarThe location is unbeatable, it's the newest hotel of its caliber within the Third Ring Road, even though it's been open for 10 years, which explains its consistently firm pricing. The hard decor style clearly aimed for a W-like vibe within the InterContinental brand, but it didn't quite hit the mark. The pool changing room was the biggest letdown – a tiny space with no seating and a foul odor. I remember when it first opened, the pool even had an underwater pedal exerciser that was visible from outside; not sure why they removed it.
