Hotels With Swimming Pools in Yerevan, Armenia

Unfortunately, it was difficult to rate this particular hotel. Yes, the lobby looks cozy and the receptionist is polite. However, upon arrival, she immediately reported a certain ”problem with pipes” in my room (which, as it turns out, is a fairly common expression) and offered to move to another hotel at their expense. To be fair, the taxi was also paid for by them. I took Yerevan Deluxe Hotel in many respects because of its convenient location for me. In particular, a few steps from Komitas Avenue, where there is all the infrastructure (restaurants, shops, etc.). The new Nairi hotel is located apart among one-story private houses on a steep slope, and, despite its 4 stars, it offered just a terrible room. Although that is of course a completely different story...

The service is good, will help with parking, the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is also very good, the winter is very warm

a normal hotel, there is everything you need, a large bed, a clean room, sockets, a refrigerator, a table with coffee and tea, a TV, my room even had a balcony. the shower has everything you need, enough fresh towels.

I love this hotel. It is flawless. The pool was fantastic and staff were very professional. Try to ask for a room facing the main square. The only hiccups were that the hotel wanted to charge me for early check in. I did NOT like that and refused and something surly and was able to check in early free of extra cost!! The drinks were also kind of pricey at the hotel but if you go across the street they are half the price. I used the hairdresser at the hotel spa and for $40 I washed that gray right out of my hair!!! This hotel is very new and is in pristine condition!!! I would stay there again if I was ever to return to Armenia !!!

Good Points: 1. The Hotel was located in the heart of the city, particularly Republic Square. So, it was ideal for moving around and also to cater for food. 2. Being 3 Star, the room was good enough for 2 adults and 2 kids. Bad Points: 1. Room: The room, toilet in particular, was not cleaned during the 3 nights of our stay. When we complained, just the dustbin was picked up. 2. Facilities: No elevators in the Hotel. Our room was in Level 4 and we had to carry our luggage by hand. However, this point was manageable to us. May be an issue if any old people travel. 3. Bedding: We had clearly mentioned that we are four of us and we need proper bedding. We had booked 1 Double bed with extra bed. Double bed was a little small, but was fine. The extra bed was like a stretcher. Even one person while sleeping will fall outside the bed, in case he/she turns . We had been to Georgia and Serbia. But the extra bed (width of bed) that was provided was good enough for two kids to comfortably sleep. 4. Additional Bed Chargeable: Then we had to ask for an additional bed and they ended up giving us again one more stretcher kind of bed and charged us AMD 9,000 for 3 nights. 5. Breakfast: For 3 days of stay we had the same menu with hardly any change.

The hotel is very modern and very comfortable and is very comfortable and comfortable. The rooms are large and spacious, the bedroom is of high quality, and the powerful and excellent shower. The breakfast is in buffet form, it's very abundant, there's really everything you can want, the eggs are cooked on demand, everything is very fresh and very good. Stunning view if the weather allows you to see the mountain Ararat. Fabulous breakfast. Many thanks to all the amazing staff for special attention to my mom's birthday. Especially thanks to Shushanik for her proactive way of work! The guys at reception also very helpful. Very clean rooms. Overall 10/10.

For the person who is a lover of modern, cozy and convenient place to stay... it is a perfect version located in the city center with a beautiful garden and surely with the best service. I was happy to be in touch with the sales team, which is incredible... THANK YOU GUYS

Итак, почитав отзывы на данном ресурсе забронировали эту гостиницу. Итак по порядку: 1. По приезду чемодан донести никто не помог, ну да ладно, сама как-нибудь 2. Номер обставлен дешёвой мебелью которая уже шатается и трещит по швам 3. Очень грязно!!! Ковролин когда то был светло бежевый ( можно посмотреть на лестнице которой мало пользуются) стал темно серого цвета 4. Плитка в сан узле в нескольких местах расколота 5. Воды горячей нет, скорее тёплая 6. Всё стены обшарпаные 7. Самое важное! Ужасные матрасы, пружины впиваются в спину. Уж на этом то можно было бы не экономить! Ведь люди прежде всего в отель приезжают чтобы отдохнуть от дороги. 8. Розетки 2, одна в ванной, одна глубоко за мебелью. Как заряжать телефон не понятно. 9. Вид из окна на когда то хороший сквер, в котором сейчас валяются грязные тряпки мусор и автомобильные покрышки. 10. Лифт работает только один. В час пик когда всё идут на завтрак ждать его бесполезно. 11. Если вы как я не любитель рано вставать, то на завтрак рассчитывать не стоит. Во первых потому что вы просто не найдете чистый стол, убирать их не торопятся. Во вторых всё будет уже холодное. Еда выглядит не аппетитно, ассортимент очень скудный. Европейского завтрака вы тут не найдете. Непонятный салат и сосиска с вашей... Как то так. Чашки для чая размером с напёрсток. Когда я попросила чашку побольше, выяснилось что у них других нет. И всё бы ничего, если бы например было две звезды. Но на стене у лифтов мы видим гордые четыре. Господа, подтяните уровень отеля, уберите одну звезду и сделайте хотя бы честные три! А так это просто развод какой то! Лично я больше ни ногой!
