The staff were all very kind, but the facilities were basic. There were no slippers, no tissues, no shampoo, conditioner or body soap in the room, only hand soap. Also, even though I'm a woman, my room was on the first floor and was completely visible from the pool unless I closed the curtains, and I had to carry my suitcase up the stairs. The staff were very kind to me, so I don't want to say anything bad about it, but I feel like they could have done something about it. However, I wanted to catch the ferry, so I stayed at the closest hotel to the ferry terminal.

It is regrettable that in check-in and check-out the owner/staff opened the door to see if someone was!! In the case of my room, the door was closed, but I heard at the door next door to apologize for opening the door. I never saw such a thing happening, as such, you should rethink such procedure!!!
