"This is a very good hotel. Everything is clean, tidy, and beautiful. The rooms are spacious, and the grounds are well-maintained. The room comes with toiletries such as shampoo, shower gel, a shaving kit, body lotion, and a dental kit. Personally, I would have liked slippers as walking barefoot on the cold tiles wasn't very comfortable. Bathrobes would also have been a nice addition. There were never any issues finding sun loungers on the beach; there were always plenty available. It wasn't until the third day that we realized you could ask for mattresses for the loungers, and they would bring them to you. The hotel staff seems to hide them somewhere overnight. Regarding the sea, many complain about the difficult entry due to rocks, seaweed, and coral. For us, this was a plus because we love to snorkel. We saw the best coral on the left side of the beach, near the buoys, before reaching the big boat. The right side had only seaweed and was very shallow. It's better to swim in the morning, as the tide goes out in the afternoon. The water was a bit cloudy all days of our stay. We saw an interesting lionfish and a moray eel. On the hotel grounds, there's a flock of annoying crows. One afternoon, while relaxing on the beach, they swiped wet wipes from my bag, so it's best to close all your belongings when you go for a swim. About the food: it's quite decent and varied. For those who don't like spicy food, there's a chance of getting burned. For example, one day the noodles were delicious and not spicy, but on other days they were terribly hot. It's best to avoid the wooden food stand, as everything there is spicy. They occasionally offered shrimp, but they weren't peeled. Locals, of course, eat everything with their hands, but we found it uncomfortable. For dinner, only water is provided; other drinks cost extra. At first glance, the prices on the bar menu seemed reasonable, but then they add a 30% service charge, which sometimes isn't even provided. For example, I walked to the bar myself, ordered a drink, and carried it back to my sun lounger. Where was the service there? Yet, it was still +30%. We usually went to nearby cafes for lunch and typically got takeout to eat in our room because these cafes don't have air conditioning. We couldn't find any decent shops nearby, only a shabby kiosk where you could at most buy water. It's quite a distance from Colombo airport. You need to be prepared for at least a 5-hour drive on narrow roads. However, we did see an elephant on the way, so we didn't even have to go on a safari! Overall, we were satisfied with our holiday at this hotel."

"Booked two king size ocean rooms for our 4 days 3 night stay at Trinco Blu, was pleasant by the hotel beach front location and blue/white theme. we arrived in at 3am of our check in date, reception staff was helpful and quick to plan alternative rooms for us at additional costs, our pre-booked rooms were given to us the same day after. the hotel is truly beach front with beautiful sands and decorated surroundings, pool is attractive and rooms are spacious and we'll kept, amenities complete. the only draw back is the shower area tends to clog up every time and we are left with a small pool of flood, housekeeping takes time and there is only one restaurant within the compound serving food, good thing there is a long street of restaurants outside it's compound which is great to explore. staff are friendly and pleasant all around, and we do enjoy the clam and peaceful quietness of the whole place even though it's fully booked. Trinco Blu is a place i will recommend for those who wants time away from bustling cities, go for full or half board package if you want to recluse yourself if not venture out for a little local life traits. there are ample sights and things to do around this city, you can lost yourself in time here with a lover, a good book or just your thoughts. nothing happening much at night so it's always early sleep and early wake but the routine is good for the soul and rest for the heart."

"Maldives in Sri Lanka. The sea absolutely beautiful and I enjoyed so much the walking on the endless beach. The staff is amazing , made my solo trip so rich of memories and extra care, done multiple activities and I recommend the dinner in the cellar as they have the best cellar in Sri Lanka , and also a must the dinner on the platform in the middle of the sea! "Отличный отель. Стильный, чистый, хорошо оснащённый номер. Есть всё необходимое: холодильник, чай, кофе, чайник, фен. Ежедневная уборка в номере, регулярная смена полотенец и постельного белья. Отдельное спасибо за отличный сервис парням, которые проводили уборку в нашем номере Jerom и Kajanthiran. У отелях красивая территория с шикарным бассейном. Есть тренажерный зал и игровая зона, бар. Отличный чистый пляж. Пляж каждый день убирают. Всегда доступны хорошие лежаки с мягкими матрасами и пляжными полотенцами. Вежливый персонал на пляже и в пляжном баре. Завтраки обширные, есть блюда на любой вкус. Национальная и европейская кухня. Огромное количество выпечки, вафли готовятся по вашему желанию. Всегда свежие сезонные фрукты. Ужин тоже разнообразный, есть как базовые блюда так и ”блюда дня”. Это могут быть морепродукты на гриле, свинина, кальмары во фритюре. Разные национальные блюда такие как ротти или котту. Отдельно можно поблагодарить официантов Sudesh и Kalum, они были очень внимательны и дружелюбны. На ужине из напитков предлагается вода, остальные напитки по меню (как во всех остальных отелях). Отель старается разнообразить каждый ужин приглашая разных артистов для создания уютной атмосферы. Одназчно рекомендую этот отель для отдыха. При возможности выберем его снова!"

After all, it is free. The room was average. During our stay, there was a power outage for a long time. It was too hot to stay in the room. There was no place to have air conditioning when we went out. This was very collapsed. Continued cleaning is not to say that it will not be cleaned, you have to take the initiative to mention it yourself. I think the bedding is not clean. We stayed for four days. I had five or six big red envelopes on my stomach, as if I was bitten by a scorpion. But if this kind of thing wants to prove to be a hotel problem, I have to go to the hospital, so I didn't say anything to the hotel. I'll go home."
