This hotel is perfect for travelers catching an early flight the next day. It's just a few minutes' walk to the departure hall, and finding the hotel is easy with clear signs guiding you from the airport arrivals. However, the facilities are a bit old. The room only has UK-style power outlets, but you can borrow an adapter for free from the front desk. Overall, it's a good stay.

Highly recommend this hotel for its convenience and space, especially for Hong Kong standards! Easy Transit: Very convenient to get to from the airport via the A31 bus. Great Amenities: Plenty of local food options and a supermarket below the hotel. Spacious Rooms: Considerably spacious for this price point compared to other Hong Kong hotels. Clean & Fresh: The towels and sofa were surprisingly new and spotlessly clean. Excellent value for money. I would definitely stay here again!

Stayed here for two nights while attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo, and for that purpose this hotel is an excellent choice. The location is very convenient, as you can easily walk back to your room after a concert or exhibition without having to worry about transportation late at night. The hotel was very clean, and our room on the 11th floor was spotless. The bed was comfortable, and the room had plenty of useful amenities, including a wardrobe, safe, mini fridge, and even storage space under the bed for luggage. The shower was excellent, with strong water pressure and consistently hot water. One feature we really appreciated was the drinking water station on the 11th floor. It was very convenient for us, although guests staying on other floors might find it less convenient. The hotel has two restaurants, one in the lobby and another on the 12th floor. Prices are a little on the high side, but we did buy sandwiches from the lobby restaurant and they were quite good. There is also a complimentary shuttle bus to Tung Chung MTR Station and back to the hotel. It only runs once per hour, which can be a little limiting, but it is still a useful service. Alternatively, a taxi to Tung Chung and Citygate Outlets costs around HKD 70, where you will find plenty of restaurants, cafés, and shopping options. The hotel also has a swimming pool and a gym. We did not use the gym, but the pool looked like a nice option for relaxing during the day or in the evening. Overall, this is a clean, comfortable, and well-equipped hotel. I would definitely recommend it, especially for anyone attending an event at AsiaWorld-Expo.

I practically always stay here whenever I'm in the area. It's a very old-school hotel. The ambiance and service are quite good, the only minor issue is that the Wi-Fi sometimes acts up. I heard they're improving it now, and you can ask the front desk for a better connection. There's a bus stop right downstairs and the subway is a 2-minute walk away. There's also delicious and cheap Vietnamese pho nearby. The rooms don't come with water, but the Wellcome supermarket close by sells 1.5L bottles for just over four dollars.

Mixed review for an overnight stay: - I booked a large room 25+ sq m to get proper space to work - the room was clean and bathroom was clean  - the location is great walking distance to ferry to north point and Whampoa MTR station - Lots of eateries and mall nearby walking distance - the hotel has a strange policy of no tooth brush, no water in the room. For this price, this should be included and not optional. Environment is lame excuse give the extensive use of air conditioning and lighting everywhere and all the cars and taxis with engine on outside the hotel. Just saving on water bottle and toothbrush for environment is a lame excuse and. It consistent with the star rating.  - the staff are really rude - it seems HK people resent visitors and feel a grudge having to serve overseas visitors from mainland

Facilities: The room was well-maintained, and the bedding was very comfortable. Cleanliness: The housekeeping staff cleaned the room meticulously every day, and there was even a supervisor checking their work, which made me feel very secure and at ease. Service: VINOD, the Indian manager at the breakfast restaurant, truly provided five-star service; I felt completely at home. Executive Lounge Privileges: The food, drinks, and service were all excellent. Environment: The location is incredibly convenient, directly connected to Mong Kok Station and the adjacent shopping mall. It's super easy to get around. If I'm in this area again, I'll definitely choose to stay here.

For around 500, I got a reasonable ground-floor garden view room. The hygiene was excellent. Although no complimentary toiletries were provided, I was well-prepared, so it wasn't a big issue. I'd definitely stay again if the price isn't too high.

The hotel's location is truly unbeatable. It's right outside Mong Kok East station. From the airport, you can take bus A21 for five stops, get off at Metropark Hotel Mongkok, and it's about a ten-minute walk from there. If you need to go to Futian Port, it's also very convenient; just take the train from Mong Kok East straight to Lok Ma Chau without changing lines. The hotel has many rooms, but the soundproofing is good, so it's quite quiet. The staff are all very efficient. I felt the fridge in my room wasn't cold enough, so I immediately called engineering, and they came to check it out. They tested the cooling, and it was fine. Later, I left drinks in the fridge overnight to test it myself, and it was indeed working perfectly. Housekeeping also kindly brought me an ice bucket, which I really appreciated.

The location was pretty good, with easy access to transport, restaurants, shops, and banks – everything you could need, which was great. The room was also reasonably clean, and the service was excellent. I'm not sure if I misheard, but the front desk guy at check-in said he'd upgraded us to a higher floor. Soon after, a cleaning lady even brought us a large bottle of water. However, when I asked her to send up breakfast, as I was told I could, she said sorry. The bathroom door didn't close properly and was tiny, really tiny. The hairdryer was useless; you could barely feel any air, so definitely bring your own next time. My main complaint, which seems to be a common issue, was the connecting door between our two rooms. It didn't open and provided zero sound insulation. We could hear everything our neighbors said and did as if we were right there with them. If you're a light sleeper, be sure to ask about this beforehand. Otherwise, everything else was satisfactory.

1. The room was better than I expected. I was a bit worried about the cleanliness at this price point in Hong Kong, but I felt much more at ease after arriving. The overall hygiene was good, and they even provided a wooden toothbrush, though I brought my own and didn't need it. 2. The front desk staff and the person handling luggage were very friendly. I locked my room card inside the room, and they helped me resolve it. They even gave me some chocolates afterwards. 3. The room is indeed much smaller compared to Guangzhou, so be prepared for that. However, I was only staying for one night, so it was acceptable. 4. The hotel's location is excellent, with convenient transportation. To get to the high-speed rail station, you can walk to Tsim Sha Tsui East Station and take the MTR to Austin. It's also very convenient for getting to Central or other places. 5. Areas for improvement: - I kept pressing the elevator floor button with no response. It turns out you need to swipe your card first. I suggest they put up a sign with instructions. - I thought there was no hairdryer, so I didn't wash my hair. Only the next day did I find it in a cabinet outside the bathroom. I suggest placing it in a more visible spot in the bathroom (e.g., above where the toiletries are).

GGuest UserIts nice place , 1 hour away from airport, but take bus A38 from airport right in front of hotel, it was easy, no Restaurant near by walkable, food was s good at resort but in room they have sign of $80 brunch, when I went down they give me for $129 +1% , so when I told them, they said it’s only three day price hike due to Mother’s Day , in room it says 7 days $80, any way it’s your call, and the second sign says water , tooth brush, are purchasable, which good if you know in advance, so you will be prepared, luckily I always carry my, rest is good

FFiophieLocated in Tuen Mun, directly opposite the MTR station, this hotel offers great value for money. Upon entering, we were met with delightful surprises everywhere – it's filled with playful, childlike touches, making it incredibly kid-friendly. There are large shopping malls nearby, so dining and other amenities are very convenient. If you're out sightseeing, just hop on the MTR across the street. We'll definitely bring our little ones back here next time!

LlamlllThe hotel is nestled at the foot of the mountain, offering a tranquil environment away from the hustle and bustle of areas near MTR stations. However, it's about a 20-minute walk to Central/Admiralty MTR stations, or a 6-7 minute taxi ride (around HKD 20-35). We were assigned a room on the 28th floor facing Central, and the view was absolutely stunning. We had a complete panoramic view of the Hong Kong Zoological and Botanical Gardens, the US Consulate, the Peak Tram Terminus, Government House, and even the distant Bank of China Tower, Standard Chartered Bank Building, and IFC. The staff were all very warm, friendly, and accommodating. They even helped bring up our food deliveries to the room. The room cleanliness was excellent. The soundproofing, however, was average; we could hear louder noises from upstairs and next door. In the mornings, we could also hear the birds chirping from the Zoological and Botanical Gardens below. The bathroom didn't have a bathtub, but there was a kitchen available for cooking. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel, especially if you're looking for something a bit more unique. Compared to 5-star and 4-star hotels near MTR stations, this place offers a really good stay.

AAnonymous UserThe hotel's location is quite convenient, and the front desk staff were friendly and helpful. However, the room's amenities were a letdown – there wasn't a single working power outlet in the entire room, making it incredibly difficult to charge my phone or laptop, which is a major inconvenience for modern travelers. Additionally, there were no tissues provided in the room, so I had to go out and buy some myself, which was quite annoying.

GGuest UserBooking the Rambler Oasis Hotel was hands down the best and most satisfying decision I made during my entire May Day trip to Hong Kong. I chose this hotel because of its affordable price and proximity to Disneyland, as I was taking my kids there. During the May Day holiday, most standard hotels in Hong Kong were priced at 1500+ HKD per night, but Rambler Oasis was only 500 HKD. Pros: It's close to Disneyland, and there's a mini-bus right outside the hotel that goes directly to Tsing Yi MTR station. Although the rooms are small, they are incredibly clean. Despite being enclosed, there wasn't any strange odor. The air conditioning was excellent, and the soundproofing was also very good. The hotel reception and front desk staff were also very polite and didn't discriminate against mainland Chinese guests. For the following two nights, I booked the Grand Garden Hotel in Tsim Sha Tsui for 1500 HKD/night. Seriously, everyone, avoid the Grand Garden Hotel! The front desk staff looked down on mainland guests who spoke Mandarin. Plus, the room's carpet had a stale, mildewy smell, the ceiling was damaged, the lighting was dim, the showerhead didn't concentrate the water, and the hairdryer sounded like a tractor but had very little power. This led me to check out with my children that very night. Hotels in Hong Kong usually have a no-refund policy once booked, but I still checked out that night. The next morning, I returned to Rambler Oasis Hotel. It really proves the saying, 'there’s no appreciation without comparison.' Hong Kong is a difficult city to review. On one hand, it's a prosperous economic zone. On the other hand, many Hongkongers have a strong sense of superiority. A large number of Hongkongers look down on mainland guests who speak Mandarin, and mainlanders can experience discrimination. We encountered many eye-rolls; if we spoke a little loudly on the MTR, everyone around us would glare. If we stood in the wrong place in a queue, staff would snap at us. They are unfriendly and completely impatient with mainland guests. However, if you speak Cantonese or English, their attitude does a complete 360-degree turn. At MTR stations or waiting areas, squatting and eating are not allowed. If a child gets tired and squats down to rest, staff members will immediately tell them to stand up. MTR prices are also much higher than on the mainland; a single trip to Central or further places can cost 15 HKD. There are also buses near the hotel, with a bus stop about a 7-8 minute walk away. In short, if I visit Hong Kong again, Rambler Oasis Hotel will definitely be my first choice.

This was my first stay since the rooms were renovated, and I was very impressed. The staff across all departments were professional, kind, and efficient.
