This hotel is an absolute mess. I'd like to ask the hotel manager what they would do if their own daughter was harassed by a male front desk employee while staying at a hotel. What you all did is truly appalling. As a woman, I was contacted privately on WeChat by one of your male staff members, and all you did was give me a perfunctory and evasive response. I'm honestly so upset and speechless, I cried today. But what can I, as an ordinary person, really do? I just won't stay here again, and I seriously advise everyone else not to either 😂. The room facilities have safety hazards, and staff members are harassing guests privately. These two issues alone clearly show the massive loopholes in the hotel's management. The hotel's handling of the situation was superficial and evasive, with no compensation whatsoever. All I wanted was for the hotel to show a serious attitude towards resolving the issue, but unfortunately, that never happened from start to finish.

I had an exceptional stay at this hotel in Beijing. From the moment I arrived, the staff provided warm, professional, and attentive service that made me feel truly welcome. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed, with comfortable bedding and stunning views of the city. The hotel’s facilities were outstanding, especially the breakfast selection, which offered a wide variety of delicious local and international dishes. The location was also perfect, making it easy to explore Beijing’s major attractions while still enjoying a peaceful and luxurious environment. The location is absolutely fantastic, with the subway right next to the hotel, making travel and transfers incredibly convenient. The hotel has a charming retro style, and the common areas are thoughtfully decorated. The guest rooms are clean and spacious, the bedding is comfortable, and the environment is quiet. The room is spacious and bright, and the window is picturesque. The room of the Yongding Tower can be seen, which is refreshing. The sofa is simple and generous, and friends do not lose face when visiting. Attentive service, worthy of praise. 👍

Arrived hotel very late in the night, reception lady was very helpful and patient catering to all enquirers. As I do not have a local mobile number, they were helpful to help with food ordering from their APP. Breakfast selection and ambience was quiet, clean , simple . Apartments location is also at a quiet peaceful place and best part near to city third ring road of Beijing

For my son's birthday, the hotel staff gave us a free upgrade to a themed kids' room. My son was absolutely thrilled—it was one of the highlights of our trip to Beijing. A huge thank you to the management and staff for such attentiveness to guests! I especially want to commend the hotel staff. Everyone was incredibly polite, friendly, and always ready to help. The concierges repeatedly assisted us with calling taxis and answered all our questions, which made traveling around the city very easy. The room was exceptionally clean, quiet, and cozy. The hotel has a pleasant aroma, and the classic interior creates an atmosphere of tranquility and comfort. Breakfasts were also a pleasant surprise: a wide selection of dishes, including European items, so everyone can find something to their taste. We were very pleased with our choice. The hotel's location is excellent, with two subway lines nearby; the closest is Line 10. Taxis are also readily available. All the staff, starting from the front desk, were warm and professional. The public facilities reminded me of international hotels, and the breakfast met expectations. Overall, I'm very satisfied and will definitely stay here again next time I visit Beijing!

The floors, tabletops, and even hidden corners were all meticulously cleaned. The bathroom was dry and odor-free, and the wash area was neat and pristine, making for a very reassuring stay. All the in-room facilities were complete and excellent: hot water pressure was strong and temperature stable, the air conditioning worked perfectly, and the internet speed was fast and reliable, great for streaming or working. The hotel's soundproofing is outstanding; the corridors were quiet, and I heard no noise at all during the night, leading to excellent sleep quality. The overall living atmosphere was comfortable and cozy, and the cleaning staff were diligent and thorough, keeping the public areas spotless as well. The location is also very convenient, with plenty of dining and shopping options nearby, and easy access to transportation. It's perfect whether you're traveling for leisure or on a short business trip. The value for money is definitely among the best for hotels in its category – I paid an average price but received an exceptional stay. There wasn't a single thing that disappointed me; the service, environment, cleanliness, and facilities were all top-notch. My experience was absolutely perfect. I will definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit and will recommend it to my friends!

Apart from the renovation which we were told beforehand, the room we had was dark (probably because it was a windowless room), humid, aircon wasn’t strong but they provided a fan. Could smell urine even with the toilet seat covered, toilet door was closed, to a point that i was awaken by the foul smell. Had to spray perfume to have it barely covered. Ventilation was super bad. Cons aside, service was good, fridge in room had free drinks. Would recommend to book a window room if you had to even though friend that stayed in the window room said it was bad too. There’s a mall few minutes walk away which was a plus. Good view on the reception floor too.

I stayed here during my trip to Beijing and really liked it. The subway station is super close, and there are two malls nearby, super convenient. Also very easy to get to tourist attractions like National Art Museum, Beihai Park and Nanluoguxiang. Breakfast was the best part. Lots of choices and pretty healthy too. I would consider staying here again next time I’m in Beijing.
