2025 Zhuqi Township Travel Guide: Must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transportation routes (updated in June)
All Moments About Zhuqi Township
Zhuqi Luman Hakka Cultural Building
The Luman Hakka Cultural Building is located next to the station. There are colorful paintings on the walls, and the manufacturing process and explanations are also printed on the walls in the alleys.
The building itself is a historical site with unique architecture. From the front it looks like an underground house, but when you walk to the other side it is a high-ceilinged building within a building. The building itself is very unique. When we visited that day, the building was not open to the public, but there was a large space outside for walking around.

Zhuqi Luman Hakka Cultural Building-An outdoor space that feels like a secret place
There is a large landscaped garden outside the Yanlou. It is not quite appropriate to call it a landscaped garden because it feels so natural, but it must be well taken care of because while preserving its natural beauty, the entire environment is very clean.
The towering trees are very imposing. There are many tree species in this space, and Croton is planted among them, making the colors jump out. Not many people visit, and when you walk in, you feel like you are living in solitude, which is very beautiful.

Chiayi Zhuqi-Lumachan Station
Japanese-style architecture with a cultural atmosphere is located in Luman, Zhuqi Township, Chiayi. It was established in 1910 and is one of the railway stations on the Alishan Line of the Alishan Forest Railway of the Forestry Bureau. Trains still pass through it now. The irregular and asymmetrical architectural aesthetics are matched with the sloping roof design, which is very distinctive and has a sense of design.
Recently, works of artists have been displayed here, hoping that tourists can stop and appreciate them carefully and recall the past.

There is a super beautiful "Pink Village" hidden in Chiayi! Go abroad to enjoy cherry blossoms in one second🌸
My dears, I discovered a super beautiful secret place for cherry blossom viewing in Zhuqi, Chiayi - the Arabian Pink Village ✨, which is not inferior to Japan at all. You can easily have the experience of viewing flowers abroad!
When driving there, the scenery along the way is already amazing. The rows of blooming magnolias on both sides of the road are so beautiful that it is breathtaking. It is like walking into a romantic pink tunnel.
What’s even more exciting is that there is free admission to the park! If you are too lazy to walk, you can also pay to take the park bus. However, the distance is short, and you can better appreciate the beautiful scenery by walking. Walking into the Pink Village is like straying into a paradise. The village chief takes good care of this land, and his dedication can be felt everywhere. The whole environment is simple and quiet, making people feel away from the hustle and bustle.
The flowering period only lasts until early May, so time is limited, so make sure you seize the opportunity! While the flowers are still there, take your friends and take some beautiful photos in this pink sea of flowers to share on your Moments🥳
