It's tender, fresh, and fragrant, and pairs perfectly with the pancake. The fish-flavored shrimp is a must-try when I eat Dalian cuisine. The shrimp are fresh, bouncy, and huge—perfect with rice. Every dish is perfect with rice. If you want to try authentic Dalian cuisine, this is the place to go.
