2025 Yulong Snow Mountain Scenic Area Travel Guide: Must-see attractions, popular food, hotels, transportation routes (updated in February)

#cablecars Jade Dragon Snow Mountain offers three cable cars: the Large Cableway (also known as the Glacier Cableway), the Middle Cableway (Maoniuping Cableway), and the Small Cableway (Yunshanping Cableway). I had the chance to ride the Glacier Cableway, which took me straight to Glacier Park at the top of Yulong Snow Mountain. This is the highest scenic spot, sitting at over 4,500 meters! The cable car station starts at 3,356 meters and climbs all the way to 4,506 meters. The ride itself is about 10 to 15 minutes long, and each cable car holds up to six people. The views are absolutely breathtaking—truly stunning. For safety reasons, the cable car only operates in good weather. At the top, you'll find a restaurant, snack store, gift shop, restrooms, and plenty of space to sit and relax. If you're in good health and don’t have any heart conditions or high blood pressure, I highly recommend taking this cable car to the top. #fallingforfall Many Singaporeans love to travel to other countries which have fall season. This is because they want to experience the cool weather which they cannot experience in Singapore. I am one of them. My friends and I signed up with a travel agency to to travel to Yunnan. Yulong Snow Mountain (Jade Dragon Snow Mountain) is one of the places we went to visit. Visiting snow Mountain is always one of my favourite activities. The snow mountain looked so majestic. It always gave me a calm feeling when seeing snow mountains. Later, we went to see a show where the snow mountain formed the background. It was a very unique experience.

This mountain is really beautiful in person ,unfortunately there is no snow because i went there during summer season, the location is great and the service there is great

I can't wait to write this diary entry. There aren't enough photos to express how much I love Lijiang, leisurely strolling and stopping without ever needing to rush.~ This time, the main goal is to rest well and breathe in plenty of oxygen, not wanting to be a special forces soldier anymore~ We booked a stay at the Stone House Snow Mountain Resort near Jade Dragon Snow Mountain, choosing a snow mountain view king room. Facing the snow mountain, if lucky, you wake up to the sight of the sun shining on the golden mountain, which is such a blissful and romantic thing, isn't it? The hotel includes many free activities, and the service is 1V1, very private and thoughtful. On the first day, we went to Yuhu Village, a 15-minute walk away, or you can ask the hotel to provide a shuttle. The hotel staff are all very, very nice, with excellent and attentive service. I really like them. Yuhu Village has a great coffee shop, which is also a photo check-in hotspot. Coffee shop name: Qishi Coffee Tomorrow we will participate in the hotel's horse riding activity, which I am most looking forward to. So far, the experience has been great, highly recommended, a perfect place for recuperation. You can also bring your family and kids to enjoy various picking and DIY craft activities. In the evening, the hotel's large lawn will host a bonfire event, no matter if you're an introvert or extrovert, everyone should start singing~ Hahaha, just let loose

#chinatrip Yunnan being the southern province of China is full of scenic spot, and in the town of Lijiang, The Yu Long Snow Mountain is one of the best place to visit. It's highest peak is 4636 meters from sea level. From the mountain leg, you are able to see the golden rays glittering when the sun shines upon the various peaks, and you take the cable car to the station 4506 meters from sea level. From there everybody will be given an oxygen can as the oxygen level is very low, you gets fatigue very easily without it. We managed to hike up to the 4636 meters spot after some tiring hike. The view is magnificient from the spot. I will definitely visit again when I visit Lijiang.

#freehotelstay I success went up to Yulong Snow mountain - with minimum use of Oxygen! Special feeling walking up in high altitude and cold weather ! From bus , cable car and walk , it took roughly 4 hours , down by 12pm and went to blue lake … many couple took wedding picture at this area , the view is magnificent #yulongsnowmountain
