Ejina Poplar | When the wind meets the sand, I am forever free
📍Location: Xinjiang·Ejina Poplar
On the last weekend of March, I arrived in Hami
and spent 3 days and 2 nights in the Ejina Poplar Scenic Area
🍃In this world where wind and sand intertwine, stands one of the only three remaining primitive poplar forests in the world, the Ejina Poplar
They are rooted in the barren saline-alkali soil, enduring the erosion of wind and sand, the baptism of the years, yet they always stand tall and proud, each with its own unique posture, like vivid sculptures.
🌄Every morning, I like to get up and hike
waiting for Xinjiang's first ray of sunlight to sprinkle on this golden poplar forest, letting the wind carry the sand across my cheeks, I close my eyes, listen to the low hum of the wind, and feel the gentle touch of the sand.
At that moment, I seem to merge with these trees, all worries and restraints dissipate with the wind.
As the afterglow fades and the stars appear, under a sky full of stars, I find the long-lost tranquility and freedom, which is the freedom that comes from within.
🍃'When the wind meets the sand, I am forever free.'—This poetic declaration, to me, is no longer just a pile of words, but a belief deeply engraved in my heart after conversing with the universe in Ejina Poplar.
This freedom, I hope you have it too.

Mingsha Mountain | Listen to the camel bells and find the nectar in the desert
In the overlapping desert, there is a crescent-shaped spring water. As long as you climb the top of the desert, you can see the whole picture of the Crescent Moon Spring. .
Mingsha Mountain and Crescent Moon Spring are mythical places in my heart. The clear spring water surrounded by sand mountains is incredible, but it actually exists in this land of Dunhuang.
Walking through a desert, you can approach the Crescent Moon Spring. There is a lush green plant growing on the Crescent Moon Spring. The wind caresses the water surface and the grass tip. It feels like a afternoon in a small park.
Crescent Moon is an antique pavilion. This picture is like a mirage in the desert, but this mirage is real.
Attraction tips
How to take a photo of a circle of friends in the public attractions? Mingsha Mountain Photo Guide
Mingsha Mountain has very small and soft sand. Compared with the sand on the beach, it is very dry. There are also special shoes and roads for walking. Be careful and compare. Admire this magnificent sunset on the high hillside. The best thing to watch in Mingsha Mountain is sunset time. It will be almost sunset at around 8:00 pm, so it is more appropriate to reach the top of the dune around 7:00. There are two types of photos on the sand dunes. One is the photo with the sand dunes. The most suitable clothes are red skirts. The people who are photographed can turn circles, play sand, or even just sit and shoot good films. The other type is the silhouette of the sunset. For the silhouette, it doesn't matter what you wear. As long as you have a good weather, you can shoot. As for what action to take, you can refer to our shot, or Baidu. There are many good silhouettes on the Internet.

Hami Yiwu Fantasy Color Lake is a lake that can forecast the weather
Hami Yiwu County Fantasy Color Lake
The reason why the Fantasy Color Lake is colorful is because it will show different colors with the change of weather. It is said that it is blue when the weather is clear, green and red when the sun sets, and light red copper color can be seen on rainy days. It is said that local herdsmen call the Fantasy Color Lake the "Weather Forecast Lake", often jokingly saying that they need to look at the Fantasy Color Lake when they go out.
The magic of the Fantasy Color Lake, in addition to changing colors, is that the Fantasy Color Lake has neither an outlet nor an inlet, and is completely formed by underground spring water. The lake water contains a large amount of salt mines and mirabilite.
In front of the Fantasy Color Lake, there is a vast grassland, where herds of cattle and sheep gather, forming a spectacular view of the wind blowing the grass and seeing cattle and sheep.
The magic of Xinjiang lies in its changeability and full of surprises. As long as you have a heart, you will always see the appearance of Xinjiang in your mind here.
Guide to the Phantom Color Lake (Tolukul Lake)
The Phantom Color Lake (Tolukul Lake) is on the way from Hami to Yiwu, a mysteriously changing pink lake that is definitely worth a stop.
The Phantom Color Lake is also a salt lake, containing salt mines and mirabilite, with crystals all around the edge, but odorless. The pink color of the Phantom Color Lake is formed by the algae in the water, and it will be super pink on sunny days. The color change of it is affected by light, hence the name Phantom Color Lake is really appropriate, with visible color changes, purple, blue, pink, yellow-green. The rare pink lake, different from the pink lake in the Badain Jaran Desert, is that the lake surface is very large and there is color change.
TIPS: If you want to take pictures, make sure to check the weather, you can only see the pink color on sunny days, it will be gray on cloudy days.
