The northern lights on the Yellowknife tour are so strong!
I am a long-distance traveler, so I want to travel as cheaply, beautifully, and cheaply as possible.
Bought at the end of March April 8 Bought on Trip.com one way from Vancouver to Yellowknife Town (HK$1500 including 23kg stored luggage). Not only could I watch the aurora warm at minus five degrees (if it was -40 degrees it would really kill me), but I also didn’t need to pay to rent thermal clothes anymore because the clothes I brought were warm enough! This time we only participated in 2 Aurora tours, one was to watch the Northern Lights outside the cabin🛖, and the other was the Aurora Hunting Tour to chase the Northern Lights.
1.
Address-Arctic Tours Canada (Aurora Hunting Tour)
Features - Total CAD 120 (Reasonably CAD 109 + 5% tax + CAD 6 guide fee)
Rating - 90 points, not as comfortable as a cabin as the interior is not warm enough and no WiFi is provided. Simple drinks🥤 and snacks are also provided, went to 4 points to chase the aurora, the first 3 did not have a very large and obvious aurora, intending to be disappointed back to the hotel, to the last point, lucky to see the good Northern Lights.
2.
Address - Bucket List Tour
Features - Approx CAD$123 ($92 booked at Get Your Tour)
Rating - 95 points, very lucky that day, the first day the Northern Lights burst, also provided animal large fur jacket 🧥, scarf 🧣, gloves 🧤, hat 🧢, etc., so that the photography effect adds a sense of specialness, but also can keep warm! Simple food 🥘, bread, candy and water are also provided, the house is very warm, Wifi is fast, up to only 20 people or less, only 15 people on the day.
3.
Address - Nova Inn Yellowknife (we made a reservation about 1 week ago, so the good hotels were full)
Features - microwave, kettle, good enough hot shower 🚿 water, bed 🛌 clean, room very warm or even very hot, do not need to be afraid of cold, good location to Down Town or Old town are close, free 🆓 airport hotel transfer, if 1, 2 am arrive to take a taxi 🚕 hotel pay (need to contact the hotel first reservation) (HK$1050) a night, a bit expensive, so rate me to 70 points.
4.
Address - Old Town (take half a day to walk around)
Features - Very cute town, it's two worlds compared to Down Town! The famous Bullock’s Bistro restaurant Fish & Chip 30-45 CAD a portion is also the best I’ve ever had!
Rating - 95 points
4 days and 4 nights all the accommodation, play, and food spent about 700 Canadian dollars (excluding air tickets), I ended up by plane to Toronto 2700 Hong Kong dollars or so.
