Flavorful and satisfying. ❸ Truffled Strapatsada Black truffle scrambled eggs served with sourdough. Simple ingredients done right — rich, buttery, comforting. ❹ Charred Broccoli Because balance. And it was genuinely good. ⸻ After being heartbroken by London’s endless ways of serving disappointing food, OPSO counts as really good — plus lovely service. But maybe it was also the good weather, and the good friends, stacking their own buffs on top of everything. Fluffy scrambled eggs cooked with butter and melted cheese, a thick layer of truffle mushroom paste, all tucked inside buttery grilled brioche. Rich, aromatic, creamy — the truffle spread is a bit salty, but overall incredible. Highly recommend! 🍞 Bacon Egg Cheese — ⭐⭐ Same brioche base but with a runny egg and seared bacon. The egg was great, but the bacon was too hard and too salty for me. Wouldn’t recommend this one. 🍞 Truffle Hashbrowns — ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Crispy, not greasy, very enjoyable. Only downside: couldn’t really taste much truffle. ⸻ 📌 All of their sandwiches use butter-grilled brioche, which is soft, fragrant, and so comforting.
