| Recommendations for restaurants not to be missed in Los Angeles. 1⃣Beach steakhouse Meat On Ocean
This steakhouse located next to Santa Monica Beach attracts many people with its unique fusion of West Coast industrial style and American country style.
Meat On Ocean is known for its 30-90 day dry-aged beef, ranging from USDA Prime to Wagyu. We chose 45-day Rib eye, each portion is about 25oz, the meat is tender and rich in flavor, leaving a lasting aftertaste. I also ordered a 60-day old New York steak, which cost $4.3 per ounce. A piece of steak is at least 20 ounces.
So this meal is still quite expensive, but it is definitely a great choice for meat lovers.
There are window seats with beautiful views of Santa Monica Beach, which adds a touch of romance and fantasy to the dining experience.
Window seats need to be reserved in advance.

2⃣ Gracias Madre, a popular Mexican restaurant
This is a popular Mexican restaurant. Gracias Madre means thank you, Mom, in Spanish. Don't doubt it, it means exactly what you understand. The owner wants to express his respect for mothers who raise their children and their dedication. The decoration uses Mexican-style tiles and the courtyard is also very romantic. It seems that the best way to dine in such a restaurant is to sit outdoors. This is a vegetarian restaurant with a Mexican style. The Caesar salad is well received, and the golden fried cauliflower is the best. Although the color is ordinary, the taste is super good and a little spicy. Their cocktails are also a must-order because they are so beautiful. The one I ordered is called "Quinceanera" for adulthood. Don't tell me, I was a little drunk when I was about to finish it.

3⃣ Pacific Dining Car
This is a steakhouse founded in 1921. It is the oldest restaurant in Los Angeles and the favorite filming location for screenwriters and actors in the early days of Hollywood. Nicholas Cage would also come here to eat. Although the original founder has passed away, it is still run by the family and is open 24 hours a day. Isn’t that great? ! This is a train dining car, with dark furniture and decorations, and the occasional scent of wood. It is completely retro, no wonder so many movies were filmed here.
The waiters are all older people, polite and like butlers. The bread before the meal was deliciously toasted. I ordered a Baseball Steak, 10oz for $42.95, which was the cheapest. Because I didn't understand what he said about grilling double-sided or single-sided, I asked him to recommend it to me, which should not be wrong. The steak was served in a very thick piece, which looked a bit filling. It was slightly charred on the outside and tender on the inside, not hard to chew. It was really delicious with truffle sauce! I was still a little full after eating such a big piece by myself, but this restaurant is worth the visit.

4⃣Japanese Ramen Ceiling Daikokuya
If you go to Little Tokyo, I recommend you try Daikokuya, which is probably the best Japanese ramen in Los Angeles. The shop is like a normal Japanese ramen shop, not big, the seats are very crowded, there are some seats outdoors, and you still need to queue during peak hours. There is a table at the door with a registration form on it. If you encounter a queue, you need to register there.
The tonkotsu ramen is definitely a must-order. The broth is rich and delicious, perfectly blending with the elasticity of the noodles. It is paired with rich ingredients such as barbecued pork, dried bamboo shoots, and black fungus. The taste is distinct and layered, leaving you with an endless aftertaste.
Daikokuya also offers a variety of ramen flavors to choose from, such as soy sauce ramen, miso ramen, etc. Their side dishes and Japanese fried chicken are also unique. When eaten with ramen, it is the icing on the cake and can meet the taste needs of different diners.
