📍Fukuroi Irrigation Park Fukuroi Irrigation was developed during the Edo period for agricultural purposes. Today, the area has become a park beloved by the local community and is a famous spot for cherry blossoms in spring. 📍Kagoyamacho Naruhodo A small restaurant in the arcade of Higashi-Shinmachi Shopping Street in Tokushima City. The fish and meat are all delicious and the prices are reasonable. Unusually for Tokushima, they also have a wide selection of alcohol. First of all, the food is very delicious. The lotus root buns in particular are a first-rate dish. Their original dishes make good use of local ingredients. And the portions were very filling (although it seemed to be a course meal) and I was very satisfied. I think this is a restaurant you can't miss in Tokushima. You do need to make a reservation. It seems like it's hard to get a table on weekends.

📍RISE & WIN Brewing Co. Here, you can enjoy authentic craft beer along with grilled dishes made from fresh vegetables from Tokushima Prefecture. You can experience the world of KAMIKATZ in a space designed with a zero-waste concept. In the mountains of Kamikatsu Town, Tokushima Prefecture, a uniquely shaped building suddenly appears. Its peculiar appearance makes a striking impact on the surrounding tranquil scenery, but upon closer inspection, it’s fascinating to see that it uses a lot of charming wood that surprisingly matches the environment. Upon even closer inspection, you’ll notice that the wood used is repurposed from window frames and tables. These materials were collected from the waste station in Kamikatsu Town. Recently, many brewers from overseas have been visiting to brew beer here. Among them are some unusual beers that you wouldn't normally encounter. For example, there are Gose beers that use a large amount of salt harvested from Tokushima's seawater, and beers made with Mexican chili and citrus from Kamikatsu. It’s interesting to see how local ingredients and the creativity of foreign brewers come together in this lab-like environment. The food offered here is also highly recommended to pair with the beer! 📍Beef bone ramen Ushiwakamaru Beef bone ramen is not often eaten in Tokushima. The inside of the shop is small. The beef bone flavor of the ramen is not necessarily lingering, but it has a very elegant taste, and the next one is soy sauce flavor, then miso flavor, an impressive taste that makes you want to visit again. The char siu that comes with it at the beginning and the large char siu topping have different seasonings, which are delicious and satisfying. Historical background: • Tsubakidomari was one of the bases of the Awa Navy during the Warring States period. This fishing village was known for its strength at sea. The Mori family, as the general of the Awa Navy, used Tsubakidomari as a base to participate in historical events such as the Korean Expedition and the Winter Siege of Osaka, making the Awa Navy's active performance widely known. 3. Town features: • The town of Tsubakidomari stretches about 1.5 km east and west along a narrow road. The road is very narrow, only wide enough for one car to pass, and you need to turn around in front of a private house's garage at the end, so driving is not recommended. • The houses in Tsubakidomari are closely connected, with almost no private outdoor spaces such as walls or courtyards, which is a feature of fishing villages with scarce land. • The architectural decorations and window railings outside the houses in Tsubakidomari are very delicate, which is a feature of the houses in this area. 4. The shop has a very good vibe, I like it very much. She gave me choices that my grandmother could easily understand. And one of the grandmothers probably wasn't good at black coffee, so she was happy to serve her milk for free. She didn't just pour it from the bottle. She warmed it up for me first. She was very attentive and didn't give me a small amount. She gave me a lot. The two grandmothers were also very cute. They secretly came to see what Namphueng was drinking and asked because there was a cute orange stuck in it. My grandmother complimented me again and again that the small orange was so cute. Jianshan Mumianma Hot Spring is known as the 'Beauty Bath'. The hot spring water is colorless and transparent, with a texture similar to oil. It is said that soaking in it will make your skin whiter and smoother. The herbal hot spring only uses herbs collected from Jian Town, including jasmine, rosemary, and lavender.
