Sushi Ninja Charoen Nakhon, a small but delicious sushi restaurant
🥷🏻I drove past Sushi Ninja, Charoen Nakhon branch for 1 month. I had the chance to try it twice. The style of the restaurant is Fast casual, focusing on sushi in pieces🍣, scooped into boxes, put on plates. But there are also donburi rice bowls and freshly cooked food served at the restaurant. I have never eaten at this brand before. I guess it has only been open for a few years.
This type of restaurant, to explain it, is similar to Kai Wan Ban Sushi (which I helped the owner do online marketing for since there was only one branch in Muang Thong until now it has grown to sell franchises nationwide at present). The style of Sushi Ninja🍣 is similar to that. Sushi starts at 10 baht per piece and there are 15-20-25-30 baht depending on the ingredients we want to eat. There are many menus. The day I went to eat was Saturday afternoon. There were quite a few pieces of sushi, but not all toppings. But don't worry, if you want to eat any topping, tell the staff and they will make it fresh for you immediately. The sushi is made in pieces and placed on a tray on a shelf with a sliding cover. It is quite well-designed and looks clean.
The shop also has Donburi, various rice dishes 🍚 to choose from. I went to try it 2 times. The first time I ordered Salmon Egg Rice with Soy Sauce for 169 baht. It tasted good, but the amount seemed a bit small. Another time I tried Tonkatsu Pork Rice for 129 baht. This was delicious, the amount was worth the price. I also ordered 6-7 more pieces of sushi to eat at the shop. Then I ended up ordering Salmon Head Boiled in Soy Sauce for 79 baht to take home.
💕The advantage is that if you order rice dishes, you will get free miso soup and kimchi. As for pickled ginger and wasabi, you can get them yourself at the station. (Please keep this up. I often find new shops that offer it until their customers are happy. But when it sells well, they don't give pickled ginger or miso soup anymore. Don't do that. / I often say that when the shop first opens, they want customers to come into the shop, so they offer everything they have. When it sells well, they become arrogant. Anything that was given, they kept it. It seems that selling well makes them arrogant.)
🏮Shop atmosphere: Quite good, the shop is beautifully decorated. There is also a mascot in front of the shop. It can be said that they invested a lot and created a good identity. But I think there are too few seats for dining. If the shop sells better, there will definitely be a problem of not having enough tables. They may have to expand the shop and add more seats in the future.
As for the containers, plates, bowls, and various utensils on the dining table, they look good. They look like they were made with care and have invested more than other shops in the same style. I have to give this a compliment.
There are also Korean-style dishes, such as pickled salmon, pickled shrimp in soy sauce, and Korean-style seaweed sheets.
🎌The menu also has Salmon Roll / Tempura / Takoyaki, which can be freshly made to order. I haven't tried them yet. I'll have to find a chance to try them next time.
📌Shop location: It is a newly built commercial building on the same side as Wat Bukkhalo, not far from the entrance to Wat Bukkhalo, before reaching Suwanna Klio Thong Market. Parking available in front of the shop
**Delivery available: Grabfood / Robinhood
** Parking available in front of the shop for about 3 cars
