Amazing Cave Hotel in Cappadocia
#timetotravel
Staying in a cave hotel has recently increased in popularity in the Cappadocia region. Nar cave house is one of the most beautiful hotels among them. It’s located in Nar and very near to the city center.
It is really worth staying at this hotel inside the cave. Inside of this room, there is a large bed, a coffee corner and a private pool. You can go to the terrace by using the tunnels. The breakfasts are very diverse and delicious, you can have your breakfast in front of the unique view and drink your coffee.
I would definitely recommend

Who doesn't know about Cappadocia? A destination with views you won't find anywhere else but in Turkey. Turkey is a country I've long wanted to visit due to its rich and captivating history. Uchisar Castle is one of the biggest and beautiful fairy chimneys in Cappadocia Area. It’s 5 km far from the Nevsehir city and 35 km to Airport.
Since the Roman period, many rooms, houses, shelters and tombs have been built by carving the inside of this rock. It has been used as a defensive castle throughout its history.
You can come here especially for the sunset and enjoy watching the redness of the valleys where the Fairy Chimneys are located.

Imagination to Mother Nature
The Devrent Valley is also called the imagination valley where you use the imagination to think of whatever the fairy chimneys could be.
You can have your imagination to what Mother Nature has created.
Devrent valley is about 10min from Goreme. This is a must visit as the site shows natural rock formations created many moons ago. It looks like an open air museum where one could experience rock formations in many different forms like my favourite a camel, an old lady and two ducks kissing. Love this and the shape are all unique to the observer.

Galerie Ikman sells different types of carpets. It’s one of the biggest if not the biggest shop around Goreme town. The owner was very friendly and explained me all the symbols and the methods used. I bought two carpets from them and I was offered a free photoshoot that would have cost me 35€.

Rugged and Beautiful Landscape
📍Zelve Open Air Museum Cappadocia
Zelve Open Air Museum is located only one mile away from Pasabag – Monks Valley. Among with Pasabag – Monks Valley, Zelve is also in the middle of three popular settlements of Cappadocia such as Avanos, Urgup and Goreme. While it is accessible with a nice panoramic walk from Goreme, there are also mutual shuttle busses stopping by Zelve from Avanos and Urgup.
One of the two famous open air museums in Cappadocia. A will preserved historical landmark with beautiful scenery over the many cave houses located inside the rocks. I would recommend comfy shoes and a bottle of water for visiting this place.

Fantastic sunrise in Cappadocia
It was one of the best dawns of my life, definitely. I came to Cappadocia to see the balloons, but for 4 whole days flights were canceled due to the wind. I only had one morning left… Fortunately, everything worked out! I woke up at 5 a.m. and immediately heard the sounds of gas burners - I jumped out into the street and saw the sky, which was gradually filling with balloons. It looked incredible 😍

My travel experience in Turkey was nothing short of captivating. From the vibrant streets of Istanbul to the breathtaking landscapes of Cappadocia, this country has so much to offer. Cappadocia’s Famous Avanos Pottery
Cappadocia is known for beautifully handmade and hand-painted ceramics. It is an ancient Turkish art. One of my favorite places is Kapadokya Seramik, a family owned business. It is a quite large location with much to choose from, one piece more beautiful than the next.
At Kapadokya Seramik, they generally make the ceramics in winter, but if you ask, they will likely give you a demonstration any time of year . . . and serve tea!
A recommended lovely place for shop pottery.

Those delicate vibrant and bold coloured ceramics and carpets waiting to be discovered here.

“Fairy Chimneys” and Hot balloon rides 🎈 .
Cappadocia is such a historic place to visit, it’s UNESCO site and a lot to discover by day, just walk around or organise a tour to see some of the most historic ruins, caves and museums. The sunset colours are amazing! Those yellow, orange and red hues over the “ Fairy Chimneys” turns so magical and beautiful to watch 🧡💛❤️
If you never been to Cappadocia before we highly recommend you to visit this world heritage, you won’t be disappointed. Once you enter the caves you’re back in time.. Drive You Crazy At The LOVE ❤️ Valley
Love Valley Cappadocia (or Baglidere Valley) derives its name from the tall soft rock structures that resemble some interesting phallic shapes.
Yes, these rock formations are a bit funny, It is called love because the chimney rocks are in the shape of a man's private organ (you know what) but they are also super cool to walk amongst (they can reach 100 feet into the air!). Love Valley Cappadocia’s unique landscape makes you feel like you are walking on the moon with its large mushroom shapes and arid vegetation.
One of the best valleys in Cappadocia, Love Valley Turkey has a lot to offer. From a great Cappadocia hike to the best Cappadocia sunrise experience, Cappadocia Love Valley is a must-see in the region.

An Undisturbed Sojourn in Göreme, Cappadocia
In my quest for tranquillity and isolation, I embarked on an off-road adventure in the heart of Göreme, Turkey. Every turn of the wheel was a new experience, a step deeper into the uncharted wilderness, truly encapsulating the essence of #tripblazers.
The journey unfolded on dirt trails, surrounded by the alien yet fascinating rock formations of Göreme National Park. Driving up steep trails, kicking up clouds of dust in my wake, each twist and turn revealed a new facet of the captivating Cappadocian landscape.
Once at the hilltop, the world below seemed distant and silent, with not a soul in sight. It felt as if I had entered a realm detached from the usual hustle and bustle. The panoramic view of Göreme was breathtaking. Fairy chimneys, the peculiar rocky spires native to the region, formed an #awesomepic against the cloudless azure sky.
The solitude, the rugged charm of the landscape, the indomitable spirit of the drive, all resonated with the #passionpassport within me. This undisturbed sojourn was a retreat into the lap of nature, a retreat that allowed me to commune with my inner self.
The off-road adventure in Göreme, untouched and unspoiled, was more than a journey. It was an odyssey into the wild, an uncharted territory that offered serenity and a personal connection to the raw beauty of Cappadocia.

Winter Drive in Belisırma: Serenity in Seclusion
Under the winter sun, I embarked on a journey around the quiet village of Belisırma, nestled in the heart of Turkey's Cappadocia region. The chilly air hinted at solitude, the village appearing to be in a deep slumber, a stark contrast to the usually bustling summer days.
The Melendiz River, the lifeblood of Belisırma, flowed quietly through the valley. The riverside eateries, usually teeming with life, sat silent and shuttered due to the winter season, their tables, typically just a foot or two above the gently running water, empty.
In the midst of this peaceful solitude, the sound of the adhan, the Islamic call to prayer, echoed from a nearby mosque. Despite the mid-afternoon quiet, this melodious call reverberated through the air, filling the stillness with a sense of tranquillity and spirituality.
The combination of the flowing river, the dormant eateries, and the resonating adhan created an atmosphere of stark yet serene beauty. It was a winter tableau that brought to the fore the underlying character of Belisırma – unpretentious and authentic.
This winter drive around Belisırma was indeed a unique experience. Far from the maddening crowds, it offered a chance to witness and appreciate the quiet charm of rural Turkey. Amidst the chill and quietude, I found warmth in the timeless traditions and tranquil beauty of this lesser-known gem.

Ihlara Valley is underrated (MUST-VISIT)
If you are a carefree traveler and dislike a packed itinerary, it is recommended to rent a car in Cappadocia so we can explore the attractions at our own pace.
One of the best place i visited in Cappadocia is Ihlara Valley. The view was INSANELY BEAUTIFUL. It is about 1 hour drive from Goreme. The entrance fee vary depends on season, getting the Cappadocia museum pass is the best trick because there’re a lot of outdoor museums here.
You can also do trekking in Ihlara Valley (estimated about 2-3 hours for half course), while exploring the cave church remains along the river. But we only came down to take picture and go back up the stairs after spending about 40minutes in the valley.
If you want to go by tour group, this place is usually included in the Green Tour.

Uchisar - fantastic cave city in Cappadocia
Wow! This is the only thing I could say when I saw this city. A couple of kilometers before entering Uchisar, you notice a huge rock, the slopes of which are covered with houses. But the most amazing thing is that inside this rock there are also residential caves. This place looks fantastic, as if you were in some movie about the Middle Ages.
Many people think that Cappadocia is just balloons, but in fact, Cappadocia is much more interesting, because every small town here is a real discovery 👍

Incredible sunrise in Cappadocia
This morning was one of the most magical in my life. I woke up at 4 a.m., opened the window and listened to the sounds outside. It seems quiet… When suddenly the sounds of popping and gas burners began to be heard in the distance - and I realized that it was time to hurry!

The Magical Cappadocia, Türkiye
Cappadocia really is a magical place.
The moment I reached Goreme town, I was so amazed with the surrounding. So quiet. So serene. All I can see was monotone colour of the place. The stones covered by thin layer of snow hence the place look so amazing.
It was 5° when I reach there. It was freezing due the slow wind blows. I walked through the town to go to the cave hotel.
Next, the hot air balloon! I was lucky to be able to ride the hot air balloon during my 2 nights stay. Mind you the balloon was cancelled 3 days in a row before I arrive due to the harsh-windy weather.
THE WHOLE VIEW OF CAPPADOCIA WAS AMAZING!!!!
When the balloon slowly cruise in the air, and you can enjoy the view of Cappadocia from the above, indescribable feeling. It was freezing by the way 😆
After the balloon ride, I pay a visit to a few signatures of Cappadocia. Such an unforgettable moment. I wish I can come back to Cappadocia again — with a different weather.#couplestrip #winterinturkiye #mytripvlog #awesomepic #cappadocia
