Canton clouds ☁️🌥️
Canton Tower is easy to get to from the Metro station. Under the tower there’s information in English which is useful, telling you about the tower. Inside the ticket office is a comprehensive list of packages that you can buy. We went for bubble tram option. But there are so many different variations, such as the skywalk and thrill ride.
You can catch the elevator up and there are toilets on the ground floor . There are two more viewing platforms you can access, but once you get to the top is truly fantastic! I think this is the highest, I have ever been out any safety glass! You are just on the roof of the building with the wind blowing in your face!
Bubble trams moves slowly and felt more safe and secure than I initially thought. You can get great views outside all of the windows and is definitely worth the money. Even though we went up on a moderately cloudy day, we still could see sprawling expense of the city.
After watching a few brave people on the thrill ride. We decided to buy extra tickets was up there, which is £5 ticket more expensive than pre-buying it as a package - but it is in the Guinness world record as the highest ride and the view from the top is incredibly memorable - just do it! 😁
On the elevator down, try to stand near the opening of the doors (last in) as you will be able to see through the glass window your descent from high up in the tower, which is great!
What do you think is best; daytime view or nighttime view?

🇵🇹 Lisbon's iconic yellow Tram 28
As someone who loves taking trams, how could I miss taking Lisbon's iconic vintage tram 28? The tram route offers scenic views of Lisbon's historic architecture, narrow streets, and picturesque neighbourhoods. Tram 28 navigates narrow and hilly streets, providing a unique and somewhat challenging ride. It runs from Martim Moniz to Campo Ourique (Prazeres) in about 1 hour depending on traffic conditions.
We tried taking it several times when we were in Lisbon. We didn't manage to take it the first time as the service was disrupted due to a flood. We managed to take the tram on another day from Martim Moniz but had to alight halfway as the tram track was blocked by illegally parked vehicles. On our third attempt we took the tram from another terminal Campo Ourique (Prazeres) and rode all the way to Martim Moniz. The tram is usually very crowded with locals and tourists so if you want a seat it's better to board at the first stop.

Portland Aerial Tram
#timetotravel We stopped by to see the Portland Aerial Tram which was pretty cool as it smoothly carries passengers on a viewing deck.
It's also right where the 4T is—trail, tram, trolley, and train. As someone who's fascinated by public transportation systems, this was wonderful to see. I hope I can ride that tram some day when I come back though

Explore Lisbon by Tram 🚋
Lisbon’s the most famous mustard-yellow Tram known is Tram no. 28 that runs from Martim Moniz to Campo de Ourique. One of Lisbon's most iconic symbols, if you’re visiting Lisbon you can’t miss them! 🇵🇹
These vintage electric vehicles are city’s most photographed public transportation. Tram 28 is a public transportation. Many tourists uses everyday as a more affordable option than hop-on-hop-off buses, however it may not be great way to explore the city and it takes away the tram from locals who depend on it on a daily basis, instead try more touristic option, look for the red trams doing tours on the same route. 🚋
If would like to hop on Lisbon Tram 28 and tryout the route, then be the first to beat the tourist crowds by getting to the first stop, Martim Moniz, and arrive there early as possible in the morning. From 7 to 8 a.m. Tram schedule, one tram every 10 minutes. 👌

Budapest is such a beautiful city in Europe. This is my last day in Budapest and I am gonna miss this place so much. The view in here is absolutely stunning and gorgeous. Most people in here will take the tram as the transport to go to somewhere and the design of the tram is beautiful. I have taken some pictures of the trams and you can see it above.

The Peak Tram adventure HK
#newyearadventure #yearofrabbit
How do I get there?
From the Harbour City, take a ferry; it will cost only about 3 Hong Kong dollars to buy a chip in the machine, then get off. You can easily just follow a map and walk to the Peak tram.
The peak tram sky pass + sky terrace costs 148$ (return) and 122$ (single). You can check out more information in the video.
Note: It can be a long line to buy a ticket, especially if it's a holiday, so be prepared for it.
There's also a ticket booth outside if you want to see Madame Tussaud's.
It would be nice to see it from daytime until nighttime to see the beautiful cityscape of Hong Kong.

All Set for Set Lunch, Causeway Bay
Gastrobox is such a funny name for a restaurant! All jokes aside though, this restaurant offers a quiet environment and good deal in the busy Causeway Bay area, downtown Hong Kong Island. 🏙️
If you have a window 🪟🪟 seat, you can watch the busy pedestrian crossing below. Great shopping in Sogo Department Store, Fashion Walk, Decathlon, Zara, H&M, etc are just a stone’s throw away. Antique and renown HK trams run up and down the street, displaying the destination as Kennedy Town or Happy Valley. 🏇
Three of us had a two-course meal + drink for less than $250hkd. 🧧 The 20% off coupon I was handed at ground floor (promotion) made this meal very reasonable. For the price, and quiet environment, I think it deserves 4⭐️!

Old magical trams - Khabarovsk
Old but truly magical and extremely beautiful trams of Khabarovsk. I loved taking trams whenever I had a chance.
These trams are like a time machine. Once you are “onboard” you are no longer in the 21st century, and you are not in Russia! You are back in the Soviet Union. Everything is looking different throughout the thick glass of the windows of these trams.
My family members were always laughing at me whenever I was taking a tram 😄 when I had the options like to drive myself wherever I needed or at list taxi… but hopefully if they’ll see this pictures and read this caption they’ll understand why I loved tram rides in Khabarovsk.

Khabarovsk Tram ride
The Tram in Khabarovsk, the very first section was opened on November 5th 1956. At the moment the network consists of 4 operating routes and 66 trams.
The most useful section for visitors is defiantly the stretch of the network running from the main railway station along Amursky Boulevard. The trams are old and shabby but I think that’s what makes the experience unique and interesting.
As I love taking tram rides I just couldn't not do it in Khabarovsk. I hopped on the first tram which stopped at the station on the Sheronov street heading towards the railway station. After 20 minutes I was at the railway station but as I had nothing to do there I hopped on another one going the opposite way 😁 this section is very beautiful as it is passing through a park.

Last HKT ride
I have no idea why but since I was a child, I always loved trams 🚋 not as much as I love airplanes but still…
When ever I am have a chance to ride a tram to get from A to B then I am 100% in! 😁
My last night in Hong Kong - I have not much to do as it is late ⏰ So, I decided to get on a tram and just enjoy the beauty of the city.
Well, I have to say that it was a great idea, I loved watching illuminated skyscrapers of Hong Kong, locals going home after a long and hard day. A couple holding hands and waiting for a tram on the station, very tired man sitting next to me, trying not to fall asleep as he definitely didn’t want to miss his stop.

The Peak Tram 🚋 on the way down - Hong Kong
I liked the peak tram experience so much that I descended to post another one about this unique experience. Hong Kong is an amazing city offering you numerous things, but the peak tram is very special one!
If you'll manage to take a seat on the first row, the way down will be much more exciting and the views will be even better!
The one thing that I am sure I’ll do again in Hong Kong is taking the peak tram 💯 I really hope that next time I go there the weather will be better and I’ll also fully enjoy the scenery from the peak tower🏙

Hong Kong tramways (HKT)🚋 Ding Ding
As a huge tram lover since I was a child I truly enjoyed HKT during my stay in Hong Kong BTW not just trams but double-deck trams.😍
I was in Hong Kong for 3 Days and was trying to Find my way around Hong Kong with (HKT) the most convenient, affordable and greenest public transport mode in Hong Kong 🇭🇰
The tramway runs on Hong Kong Island between Kennedy Town and Shau Kei Wan, also with a branch circulating through Happy Valley.
If you are planing to thake the tram on Hong Kong make sure to Take a seat on the upper deck if possible. It offers you best experiences and the best possible views.
Note* You have to board the tram through the turnstiles at the rear doors. You pay when you exit from the front of the tram next to the driver. Cash or Octopus card 😊

🇵🇹 Explore historic neighbourhood Alfama
Alfama is one of the oldest and most picturesque neighborhoods known for its narrow streets, traditional architecture, Fado music, and a rich cultural heritage in Lisbon, Portugal. When exploring this lovely neighborhood, be sure to wear comfortable shoes and prepared for some uphill walking as Alfama is situated on hilly terrain. Atop the highest hill in Alfama stands the historic São Jorge Castle (Castelo de São Jorge). There are various viewpoints here, such as Miradouro do Chão do Loureiro, which offer spectacular panoramic views of the old town.
Lisbon's iconic yellow tram 28 also passes through Alfama's narrow winding streets.

A Trip On The Iconic Hong Kong Tramways 🚃🇭🇰
No trip to Hong Kong is complete without checking out the world famous public transport, with the MTR, Star Ferry and Hong Kong Tramways. The tramways are a legacy of British colonial rule and have been operating since 1904, seeing a daily ridership of nearly 200,000 people. There is a single line runnning from Kennedy town through to Shau Kei Wan passing through the hubs of Central, Mid Levels and Admiralty.
The trams themselves are very narrow and are exclusively double decker, a very rare feat for a tram system. They shuttle people up and down the island and are a great way to see the Island side of the city. They are a lot slower than buses and taxies so you get a much better chance of seeing the various buildings and landmarks along the way.
You can pay with your octopus card and the fares are very cheap, they are fixed fares so it does not matter how far you travel - it’s only $3 HK for adults and $1.5 HK for children. You need to enter at the back and leave via the front, you will pay when you leave - you can also pay with cash but they need the exact fare most of the time so octopus cards are much easier!
There is seating on both floors but the top floor can be very popular, so if it is full - listen for people coming down the stairs to get off and then head up before they open the doors for new passengers! Works every time.

Convenient transport across Hong Kong Island
They can be very crowded and slow and there is a trick to getting on, but catching the tram through the centre of Hong Kong can be a bit of fun. The best trip is probably between Central and Causeway Bay. As the tram trundles down the middle of the street, you get a good chance to see the city.
To get on, make your way to the tram stop in the middle of the road, and join the throng of people who are usually waiting for the next tram. Don’t make the mistake of aiming for the front doors. That’s the exit. It’s a bit back to front but to get on, you use the back doors where there is a turnstile and you leave through the front doors and pay as you get off.
At a flat rate of HKD $2.60, it’s the cheapest ride in the city, beating even the Star Ferry.
You can’t buy tickets beforehand. Either use an Octopus card (these are incredibly handy for all transport) or drop the coins in the box by the driver when you leave. The only catch with using cash, is that you’ll need to have small coins because they won’t give you any change.
Be warned, the line to get on is not very orderly but the trams come frequently so if you seem to get pushed out of the way the first time, there will be another one along very soon.
The fare covers whatever distance you travel so you can hop on and hop off whenever you like. For general getting around, the MTR train system is much more efficient. It’s also cheap and is fast and easy to use. Taxis are also inexpensive and safe in Hong Kong.
