thailand is such a great place to enjoy fresh tropical fruits. so refreshing!! you can find fruit selling stands all over the place. sometimes they even invite you to show their garden and you can explore how these fruits are growing. it is usually very cheap and they keep it on ice so it is very tasty in that heat. it is delicious and a must try experience. our fav is papaya & ananas #tropicalfruit #thailand
Exotic and dangerous fruits in Madeira
I have tried some exotic fruits in Funchal, Madeira. My reviews:
- Monstera deliciosa tastes like soursop with tingling after sensation. I guess soursop is what people associate with the combination of banana and pineapple taste. Be careful that it is dangerous to eat the unripe part.
- Banana passionfruit tastes like banana but less sweet and more sour. The seeds are harder than the normal passionfruit.
- Granadilla is basically sweet passionfruit with less flavor.
- Surinam cherry is like a cross between cherry tomato, cherry, and lime with a huge seed in the middle.
- Yellow pittaya or dragon fruit is a sweeter variety of dragon fruit.

The durian feasts with friends
In a world of flavors, rich and bold,
A friendship blossoms, never to grow old,
Amidst the spiky armor, nature's delight,
We indulge in durians, a heavenly bite.
With pungent perfume, they tempt our senses,
We dive into their flesh, no pretenses,
Laughing and sharing, our taste buds ignite,
As we savor durians, a pure delight.
The creamy texture, like velvet on the tongue,
Each luscious bite, a melody sung,
Together we relish this tropical feast,
As moments of joy and memories increase.
